​​     1. Address Discrepancies: (UNDERGOING REVISION)
     1. There was  at one time an aura of uncertainty concerning my previous address of 210 North Church St., Roann, IN, 46974. For some reason, the address doesn't appear on most public records searches online. One possible explanation is that due to zoning variations, my, and other addresses in any given town, are not readily accessible when conducting online searches, most notably with delivery businesses. For a time, due to difficulty in ascertaining my address, I suspected that the property was involved somehow with some government entity, as a type of front, even though the property is easily iaccessed on Wabash County GIS.
     However, knowing how certain government entities operate, particularly specific personnel within those departments, and having been made the object of disdain for a number of years by dishonest and corrupt officers and investigators, who have sought an unconstitutional goal, achieved via nefarious means, a strong possibility exists that it has been an intentional endeavor to prevent my name from being associated with the aforementioned address.
     To set the record straight on a few items of interest, personal to me and potentially in an investigative way to others, I've decided to air a few facts, the number one truth being that my commission with the F.B.I. ended in March of 1995, excepting two very short time frames thereafter, one being in or after 2005, one of those times lasting about an hour, the other several hours. Since 1995, I have been placed into situations where I had no choice but to engage in some investigating and reporting, often being punished for either making a report, or refusing to make a report, that method of operation being synonymous with the feds, especially and notably the Federal Bureau of Investigation.
     I moved into the residence at 210 N. Church St., Roann, IN in September of 2005. The agreement between my landlord and I was that I would perform repairs on the place as time progressed, and be reimbursed for materials and some of my labor time. That lasted a few months. I never complained much because the rent fee was low and I was allowed to do s I pleased, ​including keeping canines, otherwise anything I chose to do so long as improvements were made.
     The landlord wanted to enclose the trailer with a frame and siding, essentially turning it into a modular. Around the point at which I had two by fours and some OSB on the outer walls is when reimbursement stopped, but I continued making repairs as I had the time and funds, including rebuilding the entire porch and installing a cathedral style roof. Incidentally, the weekend I finished the roof is the same weekend during which my landlord got picked up for DUI, being required to serve prison time.
     During the winter of, 2008 I believe, after producing a canine training video, my landlord stated that my canine training business on which I was working was partly his, since I was renting his property, being somewhat insistent. Sensing some collusion between himself and an unknown "constitutional" group, one I was vaguely aware of and knew to be surreptitious to America's true foundations, I made a report to the F.B.I., after which time, for a number of years, intimations and subtle hints were detected by me, from my landlord, that he was engaged in covert activity. It was around this same time that I'd had my canine training movie edited and master copies made by Gerry Enyeart, Liberty Mills, IN, who tried to claim the video as his own in it's entirety, because he had edited it, having nothing to do with any part of my business otherwise. A report to the F.B.I., after a near altercation with Enyeart and an intimation of a death threat, resulted in being lied about by the F.B.I. and being harassed by Enyeart.
     In or near 2009, I went to replace an old, 19 gallon water heater in the trailer, having shut the 60 amp service box switch off. Due to the way wires were run, I had to cut the wire in order to remove the heater, and we decided that I'd replace the old breaker box as well. I cut the top set of wires going into the box, which should have been dead, having removed the "shotgun" style fuses. Someone had run the hot side into the top, and when I made the cut, something shorted and the result was a faulty wire somewhere. The ultimate end result was that the only electricity I had for a year, was an extension cord running from the shop. My landlord and an electrical contractor friend of his installed ew electrical boxes at the end of that year, but not one other repair or improvement has anybody made excepting myself, including digging the trench for the new electrical wire.
     This type of thing is synonymous with F.B.I. and other domineering types intimidating select persons to inflict or deprive others with whom they are associated in some way. It is also a method of derelict church people, in that they pressure a person's peers or other fellows to cause people distress, behind a guise: 'we shall afflict thee, cause thee torment and stress, and cause hateful actions to befall thee, in the name of the Lord thy God, in order that thou mayest learn to love the Lord thy God', or some such bullshit.
     These things are in addition to being harassed by police informants and cost many jobs by unscrupulous government personnel, mostly F.B.I., to the best of my knowledge, F.B.I. Special Agent Neil Hoener [ret.], of Colorado Springs, CO, formerly Chicago, Il and Indianapolis, IN, and/or a proxy, being chief of those instigations. I called him on it some years ago, and he did not deny it, actually conceding to it. While Hoener may or may not be responsible for certain acts which are seditious to individual civil and constitutional rights, he is well aware, having relayed pertinent information to the Indiana State Police, Peru, IN post, beginning in or around 2006. Certain personnel at that post have misused information and abused the privilege of receiving it.
     Hoener has, at least, been aware of many of the covertly nefarious actions of some of the police employees, and simply observed what they do and to whom, and instead of preventing disrupted lives, chosen to play God, allowing detrimental results to accumulate, focusing on a case, ignoring the destruction corrupt investigators leave in their path.
     I have seen him and others observe the U.S. Marshal's Protection Service unnecessarily place people into their program, or criminals domineer people, in order to see how they do it, then not retrieving the unwitting subject, sometimes purposefully putting people into adverse situations to begin with. The F.B.I. did, during the nineties, with the aid of the C.I.A., determine that whistle blowers against corruption in government were being coerced to enter government, and sometimes civilian, protection programs rather than officials taking care of the crimes by federal, state and local personnel.
     A way by which they partially hide someone is by leaving them where they are, not forcing any identity change, but abusing their authority by passing around that the real person is a stand-in, sometimes producing someone who can be made up to resemble the actual person.
    I also have reason to believe that the real Neil Hoener has been replaced with a proxy, likely back around 2006-2008, the true one being tucked away somewhere. I also have seen evidence, as has the federal government, which indicates that a lot of crimes have been covered up by bribing people who are aware of it. Some of the others, who wouldn't be bribed, are now dead of one cause or another, including cancer.
     What often happens after someone is used as a pawn during the course of an "investigation", is that if the unwitting people find out, a bribe of some sort is meted out, enabling the culprits to remain at large and able to continue mistreating others. By the same toke, some of the local and state police, and even some militia and other "constitutional" group members, are no less guilty and cowardly of the same types of acts toward others.
     I have persevered for one reason and one reason only: the sake of my canines. I am now in the process of moving, and intend to upset the apple cart, which is filled with bad fruit. Those who are among the rotten can go get bent at the threshold of justice!

     Note: What the feds didn't know is that my landlord and I were working together on a few things pertaining to this and other situations. What they do is to force or coerce people into taking an oath of secrecy, and make the culprit work for them, instead of arresting them, often without sufficient evidence with which to arrest them to begin with, but most people are not aware of what entails lack of sufficient evidence.
     Note: Incidentally, the last lawyer I called to go against the corrupt government people was Joe Eddingfield, and nobody from his office has ever contacted me about the matter. If he just didn't want to take it up, that is, of course, perfectly fine. However, I've contacted lawyers before to, and they were intimidated out of the task by Hoener, exactly what they said, and also by other F.B.I. personnel.

     Overall, this is indicative of our federal government, and especially the F.B.I.: rather than remedying situations, they use them as an occasion to "recruit" [coerce] more informers, confidants and supporters, thus enlarging their already broad and vast realm of power.

     2. F.B.I. Setups:

     Beware of government agents or officers pulling stunts such as being intimidating. A trick, I believe a favorite one, of the FBI is to contrive a reason for spying/surveilling someone, doing things to intimidate, and when a person reacts unfavorably, they use that as an excuse to arrest them, further investigate or worse. Most agents hide behind a badge, a desk, a gun, a door and a guise. Cops will do that too at times, but the FBI is the worst as far as I know. They like to covertly harass people, especially those who dissent too strongly (for their liking) against unconstitutional practices, and then label them as subversive when they expose them or otherwise disrupt their tyrannical actions.
A little known trick they pull is to monitor telephone calls, and either imitate the target, the phone’s owner, or covertly harass/intimidate whoever calls that person, creating an alienation. (See 'F.B.I. Stunts')

     3. MURDER BY CHOPPER?:

    . I saw who I believe is or looks like my former commanding officer from the U.S. Army at Manchester Metals, N. Manchester, IN, in 2004, while I was working there, being unjustly fired not long after.
     Rounding had it in for me from day one, at Fort Hood, Texas. And why? Because at our first meeting, I had a big wad of snuff in my mouth and it repulsed him. Didn’t matter that other crew chiefs and many of the pilots chewed as well. He just had it in for me. Luckily I was good at my job and my platoon sergeants and the pilots pulled for me, not liking Rounding all that well either.
It is documented in records that Rounding tried to chop me up with the tail rotor blade of a Cobra helicopter, the attempt being witnessed by a platoon sergeant. Rounding tried many devious acts against me, including putting me on extra duty clipping and mowing grass, with hand held clippers and a push mower, when I had a full length leg cast on for a broken leg. I was performing the duty when a major saw, made me stop and chewed Rounding out but good. Rounding also is who put me on extra duty physically reprimanding bullies, that is, kicking their ass, which I liked doing at the time, but he then turned around and gave me an article 15 for “damage to government property”. The government property was myself, after getting my clock cleaned but thoroughly, by a fifth degree black belt. He just literally beat the living shit out of me. Rounding wanted me to press charges on the guy but I refused, because: the army sent me to him to whip him; I started it; he gave me a chance to back down and I wouldn’t, and; he could have easily maimed or killed me. Rounding did enough to me that I could have had him court martialed, but I was just wanting to finish my hitch and go home. One reason that he and First Sergeant Buchanan dogged me out (Buchanan not being real bad, not criminal like Rounding) was because due to my ASVAB scores, they wanted me to go to West Point. I didn’t want to, but they tried to force me to, so I simply rebelled.
     It appears that certain government personnel think that they can force me to continue performing for them, going on observing and investigating for the feds, but here and now, I am destroying the only real lever they think they have. Down at Fort Hood, in 1984, Rounding assigned me to an assassination mission, commanded by the CIA. Some people were stealing military equipment and supplies, murdering soldiers and civilian contractors to do so. Another soldier and I were sent out to kill one of them, the leader I think, so I had the honors there. I didn’t disagree with it then, and don’t now, but I will not be oppressed or coerced. I had to promise not to tell about it for twenty years, and then only if I needed to: I kept that promise.
     While with the FBI, Special Agent Neil Hoener loaned me to the CIA, somewhere between 1994 and 1998 (I was not commissioned after march of 1995, but was still available for it, due to regulations). There were two men, acting separately, who were breaking into old people’s homes, robbing them, beating them, raping them and murdering them, able to remain out of reach of the law, due to access to fancy lawyers. The cops knew they were doing it, but lacked evidence admissable in a court of law to convict. So, my duty was to portray myself as a criminal, telling them to meet so and so at a certain place at a certain time, for their final meeting, unknown to those scumbags. I loosely questioned them, to be sure they had done as I was told they had done, and no doubt exists that they did. So I did my part to arrange a meeting between them and the Maker. I have no regrets, but I will not be pressed.
     I was ordered to aid the U.S. Department of State a couple of times, while in Colorado under the FBI, no choice. One task I had was to loosely interview two different people, who had done very bad things, and give my opinion as to the chances of rehabilitation. One I gave a thumbs up, the other a thumbs down, which findings agreed with the department’s board. One lived, the other did not, so I’m told. It sucked, but duty is duty, especially if it is just and you have no choice. But I will not be levered.
In 1992, I survived a late night ambush, on August 28th, the very last day of my U.S. Army inactive reserve status. The F.B.I. would never tell me who, if any, died, only that they had found culprits, interviewed them, and verified my claim of self defense. I called the state cops in Peru the day after or two days after, and they never even showed up, thinking it was funny. I shot at one point blank, a female I think, who came toward me while I was running away after the initial exchange of gunfire, me having only a Remington, 9 shot, single action revolver, one I’d bought at Lengel’s some time before. I met up later with who I believe was government, a man who was in a group who’d been called to go check out a reported firefight, but which group had initially been sent to the wrong location. I’ve never revealed his identity to even the feds, and will not. The assaults happened at and near the intersection of 1150N & 300E in Miami County. The house is no longer there.
     Prior to that, I was shot at by people in a Huey. I shot back, but didn’t get anyone as far as I know. There were two government men who showed up, and shot one, who fell out of the helicopter. They then ordered me to go back inside my house and stay there til morning, which I did. I will not be forced to comply to compulsory service.
I reported all of this, and more, to the Colorado Springs FBI in 1994. Someone has covered things up and abused the information. I am done with ‘em.
     I will leave this up for a short time, before transferring it and
     That and other stuff happened because of some buddies of mine who had been into drug dealing, and one of the was forced to transport illegal guns and drugs out of Tennessee. That trucking company owner is reportedly now dead, of a heart attack, but I think that he was also at Manchester Metals once in 2004. The drug and gun running scheme was said by participants to be a CIA operation, so they likely tried to cover it completely.

     4.

     As often, it seems the feds can’t just orchestrate a simple task, half the time, without trying to take everything over.
I recently made a report to the F.B.I. that a female at a store, either an employee or a regular customer, could be an assassin who escaped their grip previously. Instead of slipping in, either there or somewhere she frequents or lives, observing and taking a few photos, which they can easily do without notice, the feds have to trample over everything and cause disarray to reign (in the investigative arena), even ordering people to stay away from me, like they always do.
     For a number of years, via Neil Hoener and probably Steve Kell, every place I’ve worked, other than woodcutting, has been only allowed, behind the scenes, for purposes of some ulterior investigative reason, which I have tried to disannul for years, but we have no cops with any backbone and no civilians with spine. I suspected it some years ago, and called Hoener (or Blackjack) on the phone, telling him that I was being prevented from obtaining any gainful employ other than woodcutting, or when the feds needed a plant somewhere, and he told me that it was woodcutting or nothing, except when needed elsewhere. The way they got me to make reports was by having someone else at the place of employ, who was connected with them, to stir something up, make a threat, etc. And I think that most of it was nothing but a ploy by which to enable access to that business by the feds.     

     Incidentally, they’re also trying to prevent me from moving to another abode. I’ve also suspected for some time that not only have they scared potential dog training customers away from my place, or from calling me, but I believe that they may have intercepted emails to me as well. And to top it off, and this is just a rumor, but it is a possibility that some person has been appointed to “clear” people before visiting me. This stuff is right up the feds’ alley. I know them too well, just like a nightmare you can’t forget.
     According to the Constitution, in several places, it says to mean that unless you have been caught in a crime, and given the chance for leniency in exchange for service, you do not have to do squat for the government. Just tell ‘em to get bent.

     I called the Colorado Springs, Colorado F.B.I. office recently, complaining about having seen Hoener or a proxy around, talking to him once, briefly. The agent told me that it is “just his “noshie”, meaning his mob proxy. Normally I would say that it means that, since Hoener had a proxy in with the mob, back in ‘94, that they are uprooting Constitutional precepts by throwing cases, which causes more dictatorial rules to be made. And it could be, but I think that the feds themselves are too power hungry and tyrannical.
     Previously, for a number of years, cops were always hassling me too, often quite covertly. I believe now that they were lied to about me by Hoener and/or his proxies.
     Once when talking to the alleged actual Hoener, he strongly alluded to supporting Socialism, and didn’t care at all for the Constitution. I believe him to be tied in intimately with the U.S. Department of State, who may no longer be as good as they once were concerning real American ways.
     The proxy who went by Blackjack was always good, and Constitutional, and was my main superior. He may or may not have been the real Hoener. I’m really not sure and never was. All I knew was that there were 5 or 6 men who went by Neil Hoener. probably only Hoener’s two sons would both know and say for sure.
     Hoener and/or "Blackjack" [II Timothy 4:14,15; Acts 13:6-8, 8:9-11,13,18-21], a proxy is in with some entity which is trying to implement total control over the population, by means including behavior and mind control, using informers [Acts 19:13-15] extensively. In Biblical terms it is called seducing of spirits, which manifests itself in tangible expression of psychological warfare. Most so-called preachers don’t seem to have a clue what that is, so each person has to find out what it is and how it works.    

     Probably use key words such as ‘spiritual warfare’ and ‘psychological warfare’.
     Concerning proxies for me, produced without my foreknowledge, much less my consent, I think they’ve had proxies testify for me concerning past cases. I told them while in Colorado that I wasn’t willing to testify, unless I absolutely had to, so they worked things a bit differently than normal: me having been commissioned, I could have testified as an agent;since I didn’t want to, the full F.B.I. agents went behind me later and verified and documented everything, so they could testify. Having a proxy testify instead of the actual person is acceptable, far as I know, but someone has went too far and tried to claim my previous work as his own. I suspect there’s been a lot of secret and illegal trials and hearings, whereby they’ve totally misrepresented all my reports to the feds. To the extreme, someone has also tried to force me to trade places with a proxy. Not gonna happen. I’ll tell you what. I am a U.S. Army soldier, tried and proven. You can make a soldier shy way, look like a fool, even cry. But God help the bastard that backs a soldier clear into a corner.

     5. THEFT BY GOVERNMENT. 

     The most important political position in America is not, as most people probably believe, the President of the Country. The most important position is the county sheriff, because if each county is not sovereign, then as each county loses it’s somewhat independent status, eventually the entire nation will no longer be a free, independent and sovereign entity. The sheriff can, when need be, prevent even federal agencies from undermining what is right and just. But what about when they won’t?
Around two years ago, a man was arrested and put in jail by our county sheriff, Bob Land, at the request or order of Robert McCallen, Jr., over a problem between the new owners of the former Celotex, the buildings, in Lagro, IN and the I.D.E.M. There were two major problems with that, to begin with, which resulted in a third, and major, problem.
     Three brothers acquired the buildings, and were working on improving the property, having made one improvement which prevented further pollution from a waterway, the supposed cause of the problem between the government entity and the new owners. Word rolled downhill and one of the brothers was arrested. Besides there probably not having been an infraction that justified an arrest, the brother who was arrested was not one of the three brothers who had purchased the property.
One of the brothers who had purchased the ground and buildings presented $50,000.oo to the sheriff’s department for a bond with which to retrieve his brother from jail. An explanation and a picture of land and McCallen counting the money was in ‘The Paper’ a couple of different times.
     As if a false arrest, as well as negligence of true duty (that duty being to uphold the true essence of the law), wasn’t enough, the money was never returned, even though all court appearances and other stipulations of a bond were met. That is called theft. This is perhaps one of the worst violations of the Constitution of the USA that Wabash County has seen financial wise.
Is it any wonder, that the sheriff and other officials refuse or are hindered from abiding by what is just? Back during the nineties, the FBI could have, and would have, conducted the culmination of an operation which would have cleared the streets of Wabash County of several hundred thousand, if not a million, dollars worth of illegal drugs. Why didn’t they? Because certain county officials, including police officers, refused to turn over several key informants, which would also have implicated some officers and officials. At least one of those informants had extensive ties with the Indiana State Police, wellknown and employed by state police detectives.
     Because of a ‘good ‘ole boy’ mentality and implementation of the law, crime is running more rampant than ever before. When the law and it’s true essence is not upheld, when citizens keep silent and when separation of church and state, which has happened extensively, is cast off, huge problems result. Hence, the “stellar” communities of Wabash County.
     Why is it, that when Bob Land was an investigator for the Indiana State Police, that in 1998 when I reported to him a potential, covert threat to myself, by another worker at CFC Distributors, that I ended up being harassed. Why is it that when I reported to him that a particular brunette, nicknamed Yul, was obtaining confidential reports and undermining cases, he didn’t really want to do anything about it? Why is it that he refuses to discuss criminal issues emanating from the activities of the blonde female who worked at Video Unlimited, the same female who has been trained in industrial espionage and possibly the art of assassination, yet he disseminates information to informers in the community? What is Bob hiding? Why is it that there is a deputy running around whose picture isn’t included in the photos of the other deputies? Why have I seen who looks like Bob incognito at several places I’ve worked, and always have problems thereafter with some of the people?
     There is extensive use of proxies at times by one or another levels of law enforcement, especially the F.B.I. and C.I.A. However, there has also been an abundant amount of that and other methods implemented by militia and other Constitutional groups, mostly abused and contributing to uprooting of sound law enforcement and constitutional precepts. There has been, at times, people from one or another civilian groups going so far as to impersonate officers of the government. That is not so hard to do when you consider that most people are aware that anyone can slightly alter their appearance by walking, talking and acting differently. Due to that, when a stand-in is utilized by someone, it is easy for the participants to convey the idea that it is a certain person, in cognito. Child’s play for people adept at that.
     Incidentally, the clan involved here has some members who have been prying where they ought not, some young ones and older ones, abusing the information by trying to put certain people under their subjection and “rule”.
Concerning prostitution, the reason it shouldn’t be legal is not on moral grounds. If it’s going to occur, it’s going to occur. It goes on all the time, in every state, in various forms. The government does it, the churches do it, spouses do it, all kinds of people do it. A woman needs her car fixed, can’t afford shop rates, maybe not parts. So she pays some guy to fix her car, but not in cash. Technically that’s prostitution. Church people, they will fix you up with a spouse, IF you go along with their theme, THEIR game. Cops, they’ll fix you up with a mate, IF you play their game. A spouse, usually the woman, she’ll sometimes hold out if she doesn’t get her way, new this or new that, or some other thing, maybe the way hubby acts, or maybe she wants him to give up or cut back on some hobby. That is all prostitution, technically.
     The biggest problem with prostitution, is that the government, especially the C.I.A. and the F.B.I. some, AND the more criminal element, they all use women in that capacity for informers, sometimes for assassins. The most valuable information is not generally some crime someone committed or is going to do, because it’s usually known, depending upon what the crime is. The most critical information is day to day, normal things: what does John Doe do in his spare time?; where does he go?; who does he visit?; what are his hobbies?; where does he live?; what does he drive?; etc.
     If prostitution were legal, the government, and the criminal element, would have a heyday gleaning personal information, and they’re already too nosy, for the wrong reasons. You think they’re intrusive now, let prostitution be made legal and nobody, including people not engaging in anything wrong, would have their privacy covertly violated like they never dreamed. Think about how many people the average person knows. How many are criminals? Not very many. But everybody likes to talk about who is doing what, and when and where, etc. Think!
     Illegal drugs. If they’re legalized, sure, it’d eliminate the criminal aspect of it, of course, and lower the price. But then we’d have a bunch of legal junkies sprawled out all over the place, erratic drivers, extremely senseless shootings, stabbings, beatings, rapes, molestation, all kinds of things, ten times worse and more than now. Legalizing drugs would only eliminate drug crimes, but make other crimes probably skyrocket. Not to mention the fact that employee productivity would drop drastically and absenteeism would go way up. Think!
     Oh, and let’s make it legal for everyone to buy an Uzi or an AK47, with a couple of hand grenades for a bonus pack. That way, EVERYONE will be a patriot. When people are looking down at a loved one’s corpse, because they died of a drug overdose, or got involved in a head-on crash, because John Doe was able to be zonked out of his mind on some drug, and allowed to drive 90 mph on his way to buy some 7.62 ammo, the survivors can reflect that their dearly departed died for the cause of freedom and liberty. So instead of singing ‘Amazing Grace’, all of the funeral attendees can just wave a flag!

     6. SETUP BY "SOME" PEOPLE?

      Since the report below, both Krissy, her husband Matt Sluss, and at times an alleged sister (not matching pictures found on Facebook), have conducted a lot of needless checking on people, as well as harassment from vehicles. Both Matt and Krissy have during 2019, been seen in Whitley and Koskiusko Counties, conducting surreptitious activity, also using disguise with prostetics. The alleged, by Krissy, sister, back in 2010 thru 2012, had dark brown or black hair and was the same build as Krissy, petite, 5'4", 100 pounds.

      In 2010, an employee of a Papa John's Pizza was confided in by a female co-worker, Krissy Seabolt Sluss(until last year, I'dthought that her last name was Seibold or Seybold, which she had told me, which did ring up on people finders, though of course had wrong data for her), about intimidation via phone calls by unknown people. Apparently the police indicated that her and her husband were imagining it, and a private detective was unable to pinpoint the source of the calls. Chrissy assented to the co-worker to do some checks, whereupon he found some discrepancies in her background information on line, including who her parents are, which data he relayed to her, obtained during a routine background check. Instead of being appreciative, she made a report on the co-worker, a part-time and experienced detective, for harassment. Later, she was seen spying on that co-worker, and mentioned to him that she knew some people, saying another time that she ought to kill him.

     During one shift later, some money came up missing from the cash register drawer, Chrissy being shift manager on duty. She tried to blame that same co-worker, who was also working then; however, he never had access to the cash register at all, not being trained in to any proficiency and therefore not authorized to run it. That left the culprits to either her or another employee who was working that night.

     Chrissy had a habit of setting people up for a situation in which it seemed justified for her to make a report to the main manager or even the police, for unethical or questionable conduct, yet lacking substance. She'd said that she had dated a local cop a couple or few years before, and that he had acted unseemly. But it is rather ironic that a year or so before 2009, she called the cops on her own husband, so due to that and some other idiosyncrasies of hers, I have to doubt her version of dating the cop.    

     She got two or three fellow employees under reprimand once, because they had discussed some of Obama's policies with an opposing viewpoint, out of her and other's presence, during a short break, thereby being an adversary to the First Amendment. (posted 11/27/2016)

     7. CONSTITUTIONAL? INFORMERS.

    There is some type of “Constitutional” group or mentality in Wabash County, which has employees/members who are bullying people in covert manners, some of whom also have the mentality that most laws ought to be abolished, apparently not realizing the consequences of such a thing. Quite a few Constitution/Militia groups seem to possess that type of thinking.

     8. SUBVERSION OF RIGHTS.

     There are many instances of government infringing on individual rights, both Constitutional and Civil. However, there are factors which often enable and perpetuate it: the outright criminal element; elements of the organized church, and; elements of militia and other “Constitutional” groups, including some members of the “Tea Party” groups.
     Some members of those groups are fast becoming either anti-government altogether, or else are using the government to slyly uphold and promote their singular, self produced and strictly sentimental views. Some people, both government and civilian, scoff when I say that groups of people can lie effectively enough to throw a case, get an innocent person put in jail, or cause a number of other unseemly happenings. Yet, that was proved beyond the shadow of a doubt by the F.B.I., concerning investigations in Wabash County during the nineties. Not only, but recently, a Secret Service agent on WOWO Radio, when discussing a book he has written concerning Hillary Clinton, stated that during one investigation, “scores” of informants lied, hindering a case.
Those of you who do such things, thinking that prohibition of certain drugs and other vices is totalitarianism, are the ones who are perpetuating a dictatorial type of government, and are partly responsible for the enabling of illegal drug dealers, the results displayed frequently in the local obituary columns.
During the nineties, the F.B.I., by investigations sourcing from Colorado Springs, Colorado, could have cleared the streets of Wabash, Indiana of several hundred thousand dollars worth of illegal drugs. They were prevented from doing so by a number of factors: officials and cops refused to hand over certain informers; many informers and some cops lied; some type of “Constitutional” group instigated surreptitious activity to begin with; some dirty U.S. Marshals of the Indianapolis protection division secreted away some key whistle blowers.
There are a lot of people who need to stop, and use their cognitive reasoning for once, contemplating about just what kind of world they are creating for their children and grandchildren.

I ACTUALLY WAS UNDER HOENER’S PROXY, WHO WENT BY ‘BLACKJACK’, AND ONCE REPORTED HIM TO THE PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES AT THE TIME, BECAUSE FROM CONVERSATIONS, IT SEEMED THAT HE AN UNDUE AFFINITY FOR THE MAFIA (NOT THAT THEY’RE ALL BAD PEOPLE). THE ACTUAL NEIL HOENER PLAIN DIDN’T CARE FOR ME MUCH, AND ONCE SAID TO ME THAT “I’LL GET YOU”.

     10. U.S. MARSHAL SCAM? 

     Back in 2004 I went to a massage parlor in Fort Wayne on Lima Rd., for a massage, being tended to by a pretty brunette. In or around 2006 I was in the Wabash Honeywell YMCA working out. A man walked in and stayed for a few moments, calling me by my first name. He looked to me like the Outlaws Motorcycle Gang leader, so I reported the incident to the U.S. Marshal’s, mostly because there was a $38,000 reward for info leading to his arrest. I never heard back from the Marshal’s, but a week or two later, that female from the massage parlor and that man I just mentioned were floating down the Eel River in a canoe. What’s that about?

     I would have been inclined to have made a report based solely upon what the gang leader was alleged to have committed, but prior to that a few months or less, I'd seen two fugitives from the U.S. Marshal or F.B.I. wanted list in Wabash, and made a report to one of those two agencies. Not long after, I saw both of them in the WalMart parking lot, and they called me by name, something apparently amusing them.

     11. INTENT TO MURDER BY CHURCHMEN.

​     On another, unrelated issue, there are several members of the Wabash Freewill Baptist Church on Erie ST., Wabash, IN, who spy on people and cause them problems, also having been tied in with the Wabash County Prosecutor’s Investigation Dept. One particular member, Helen Sesco, has called a relative of mine before, some years ago, and tried to cause problems, primarily because I would not assent to her cultic beliefs, which some of those people have tried to enforce, stemming from my investigating them some years ago. According to the F.B.I., Helen and another woman, probably a daughter, were caught during the mid to late nineties, conspiring to have me murdered. It would be due to being exposed by me previously for nefarious activity.

     Prior to that, they have spied on and harassed me on multiple occasions. Some of them, and other religionists, mistakenly believe that they have some kind of a God-given right to do to others as they please, being like the Pharisees of 2,000 years ago: destroying those who disagree with their doctrine of practice.

​     That woman, a daughter and possibly a few others from that congregation have had ties with the C.I.A. (which agency I believe dumped them), some mafia members and possibly some U.S. Marshals and F.B.I. personnel, at various times, as well as a nefarious, "Constitutional" group (actually a common law only group, based upon personal sentiments and biases, emotion and warped religious views).

     Some of those church people have a lot of people rather intimidated into thinking that they have some heavy power from God, when they "jump" people who anger them for daring to disagree with them. But when a believer in the wrong, sometimes an unbeliever, goes to subdue someone  in an intangible manner, the Holy Ghost intervenes, in order to stop the erring one, also "checking" the other, often to cause the receiving subject to remand the unjustly aggressive one. Due to misunderstanding how it works, the offender is thought to possess rightful power. It's different when the reprover is not in error. Jesus never tried to bully anyone, as it were, and here we are not referring to genuine evangelistic effort. I've seen feds with more long suffering and patience than many of these throwbacks from the Westboro Baptist mentality.

     12. CHURCH OR STATE?

​     Must have been around 2004, when I tried attending church again, and, as always, it went okay for a time. But I began seeing signs of an off brand of intelligence activity, in that case the breed perpetuated by some F.B.I. special agents. I called one on it, and he owned up to that the some in the congregation were being used for informers of one type or another. It still continues, the illicit practice also being done with other churches.
Aside from that being sacrilegious, there are church people who think that it’s okay to do so, and when you have people like that who are granted a certain type and amount of authority, you have a modern, passive (so far) version of the domineers who ruled during the Dark and Middle Ages, in the name of “God”, of course.
There’s little doubt that some have taken silence bribes, and the current pastor merely panders to the people to begin with, so nobody there who knows is going to make waves, at either of those churches or anywhere else that sort of thing is taking place. We are now in a spineless society in which most people are as adamant at taking a stand as a jellyfish. I see the day coming when extremely bad people will be dragging people like me out of our home and killing us, and not a soul around will do a goddamned thing about it.
Americans have turned yellow. In stark contrast, the Muslim terrorists are not cowards, at all, they are just wrong. Americans are largely both timid subjugates and wrong, by virtue of not standing against or for anything. It’s not enough for some of these church people to castigate and/or ostracize people from their congregations, they have to go on the offensive and try to destroy them, just like the Pharisees of old.

     13. MOLE?

    
     A former tree cutting associate of mine:
     He has at one time represented himself as being an investigative partner of mine, which thing is not true. Some years ago I told him that he could help me check certain surreptitious activities of particular people or types of people, under one condition: that he keep me informed as to what was going on, to which he agreed. He never once kept his end of the bargain. I never mentioned being any kind of partner with him, however. I delivered an outline of criminal activities orchestrated by both government and civilians, all of which, in addition to many others, are on my website in the section entitled 'Special Security News', soon to be relabeled 'Special Security Research and News', to him in 2008, and to several other people in the area before that. That was the information which appeared on 'Wabash County Special Notices' and/or 'Special Notices', in 2009 when I first started the site. He also tried to claim that information as his, according to the F.B.I., and misused the info in other ways. However, I notified the F.B.I. in Indiana that I had delivered the papers to him a day or so after doing so, having already cleared the procedure through FBI elsewhere previously. Those government personnel already had the info. My boss was applying pressure to me here and there, attempting to discover what I was doing in my spare time, or what I had done previously in the arena of investigating. So I gave a copy of the info to him, in order to draw him out, already being aware of his nefarious activities in his spare time and throughout the day at times, being a sort of hub of information, maintaining contact with certain people of the criminal element and with local and state law enforcement authorities. It was believed by myself, and later corroborated by the F.B.I., that my boss was using the information with which to make personal gain. Using information gained from some other person, he bid on a property in town, having obtained insider information, but did not acquire that house and lot. It is a strong possibility that he has used some of that information's base, which I gave him, as a means by which to blackmail or extort people, and may be a link in the chain of the network of illegal drug sales, having been reported by a few residents in town for such, but mostly undermining legitimate law enforcement operations, which activity the FBI did monitor. Further, he may have contact with people in the "business" of eliminating innocent folks, as well as lesser crimes, such as costing people gainful employ, wrecking small businesses and libel and slander. Some of the people he has been in at least occasional contact with are corrupt or naive members of the F.B.I., U.S. Marshalls, one of the militias, Indiana State Police, Wabash City and County police, and a "constitutional" group which is far right and more of an anarchistic para-military entity than a true militia or other constitutional group. For the most part, it is not believed that most of the government personnel knew of Jerry's more clandestine activities, which may include some elements of the old S.O.G. and/or M.A.C. His link with any federal people is in all probability indirect, and may be the result of believing that those contacts are of the anti-government element.
     As an example of the mindset of this individual, he owns a property, an old gas station, which ground has an old fuel tank which was to be removed within a few years of purchasing the place, as part of the purchase agreement. The tank was considered to be a potential water contaminant, but was never removed. The breather pipe was simply cut off below ground level and plugged, the tank being reported to be full of diesel fuel. I was witness to that. Since that time, this individual has purchased at least one other property and paid off a 90 acre parcel purchased in 2000. He has been under investigation by the F.B.I. since the year 2000, andhas been documented as having committed crimes worthy of arraignment, but the F.B.I. instead began using him as an informant, totally disregarding the possible health risk to the public.
     This individual has been privy to many legitimate law enforcement cases which have been thrown, and has made multiple innuendos and statements which are strongly indicative that he has played a substantial role in the crimes listed in 'Case Outline' parts 1,2, and 3, though not all points, but most especially as pertaining to the "underground" group which has plagued the region, destroying constitutional law enforcement efforts.
     This individual has made allusion to certain people's untimely demise, well before they ever died or were sick, often feigns faith in Christ when fearing questioning for some crime or misdeed, strives to cast down devout believers while conniving with those who twist and misuse scripture, and is generally a busybody in everyone's matters. All former employees have stated that he lies, usually about merely everyday, common happenings or such, and that it is uncertain if he as to whether he actually believes lies he has related. This individual is also anti Jew, Mexican and Black, and has been a vehement verbal abuser of his now wife and two grandsons for many years. The two grandsons, whom he and his wife raised, will likely risk losing a future inheritance if they divulge having been verbally abused and demeaned.
     Jerry is extremely perceptive and very clever, able to fool most people, effectively hiding his ulterior motive. He is normally cordial and friendly, but he is involved in crime. Myself, I’m tired of being honest and working my goddamn ass off, and being screwed by these derelict informants, cops and FBI pukes, all because they’re dishonest and greedy.

     Recently, Jerry purchased a property from a man in Miami County who has been battling cancer and a couple of other ailments, for less than half of what is is worth, reselling it for more than double his purchase price. The man who bought it from Jerry had previously made a fair offer to the man with cancer, but for some reason the transaction was between Jerry and the man with cancer.

     14. HOENER ENTERPRISES

    
                                                                   “JUST SAY NO TO THUGS!”

     HOENER ENTERPRISES, COLORADO SPRINGS, COLORADO I believe that Hoener Enterprises has been used to gather information and data in order to perpetuate a series of crimes originally orchestrated by an "underground" type of "constitutional" group based in or around Wabash County during the nineties, which group was undermined and subverted by the F.B.I. beginning in 1995, enabled by information procured by myself while freelance investigating for Wabash City Police Detective Jeff Whitmer and Wabash County Sheriff Tim Roberts.
     Evidence strongly at least suggests that rather than making arrests and completely disbanding the illicit constitutional group, the F.B.I., likely not Hoener, began using select members of that group to work for the F.B.I., implementing the same or similar methods in order to broaden the power and scope of F.B.I. authority, essentially taking that group over, making it a part of the pool of F.B.I. personnel. In the process of that, local, state and some federal governmental entities' efforts at their mission completion have been compromised and even thwarted.
     Since determining protocols implemented by some F.B.I. people, I have noticed many similarities between the investigative, and other, scenarios between 1985 to 1995, and between after returning to Indiana from Colorado in March of 1995, to the present time. Based upon that, I have reason to believe, and think that facts will support, the thesis that some F.B.I. personnel utilized an illicit program of harassment, intimidation and other ploys by which to create a huge network of informers and investigators, designed to manipulate, control and deceive, with the intent of ushering in and instituting Socialism via a tyrranical, covert rulership.
     Facts supporting this thesis are as follows:

     Indirect: 1. Several agents/officers/proxies at Colorado Springs, CO used the name Neil Hoener during 1994-95. 2. The agent going by 'Blackjack' related that he was not Neil Hoener. 3. I worked under several different officers using the name Neil Hoener, though mostly with Blackjack, a good agent. 4. One "Neil Hoener" admitted that he was not against Socialism and in fact considered it to be a viable ruling option. 5. A Neil Hoener stated that there is no longer much difference between the F.B.I., the C.I.A. and even the U.S. Marshals, intimating that it was a good thing. 6. Neil Hoener was stationed at Indianapolis, IN and Chicago, IL previous to 1994. 7. "Hoener" was the agent who, working with an Indiana State Police cop, in 1983, pulled myself and two friends over, each of us in separate cars, on Old U.S. 24 between Wabash and Huntington, having suspected us of running drugs and/or guns, which we never were. 8. In 1994, Hoener stated that he was aware of two culprits from Indiana, Ed _____ and Melessa _____, now married with the last name of ________, after I named them to him as engaging in questionable activity, Melessa twice attempting to have an F.B.I. agent murdered.

     Direct: 1. I caught "Hoener" (the agent I was mostly under) costing me my job at CMS, Huntington, IN, in 2008, and called him on it. He admitted that he was attempting to force me to go back to investigating. This indicates that he is willing to do so to others (kind of an 'Enemy of the State' sort of situation.

     2. Most people I named as culprits or witnesses to crime or mischief to Hoener [Blackjack] have ended up spying on me, or otherwise intimidating/harassing me and many others, a blatant abuse of authority. Some people have been utterly cast down. He and I did catch a group of informers and acting agents misusing authority in 1994.

     3. Hoener? [Blackjack] has conceded that to him it is acceptable to manipulate and use people for investigative purposes.

     4. "Hoener" has observed people being unjustly/unnecessarily being placed into a protection program, in order to monitor how it is done. This was after employing two C.I.A. agents who worked undercover, posing as being in danger yet acting not willing to be placed into that U.S. Marshal program, being more or less forced to, in order to determine the validity of my claim, occurring in the Wabash County area. I also caught "Hoener" purposely endangering people in order to place them into a protection program or to coerce them into being informers or investigators.

     5. "Hoener" has intimidated county personnel and civilians who were attempting to investigate reports and findings from me, including Wabash County Prosecutor's Dept. Investigator Terri Weaver, Brenda _____ (Newport, PA),

     6. When an acting street agent in Colorado, being placed in a factory by Blackjack for under cover work, he wanted me to engage in psychological warfare against a subject, action conducive to creating, triggering or perpetuating a psychosis. I refused to do so.

     7. Four subjects I reported to Hoener in 1994 ended up missing or very hard to locate: Rick ____ from Washington Courthouse, VA, Henry ________, Rose Marie ____? from Durango, Colorado and Tawnie (ph.) _____, Colorado Springs, CO. I worked with Rick, Rose Marie and Henry at Eagle Picher and with Tawnie at Shepherds-McGrawHill, both in Colorado Springs.

     8. The two or three times prior to starting a canine training business, I attempted to start other small businesses. After confiding in "Hoener" that I was doing so, those plans were thwarted.

     9. In 1993 I uncovered a car parts and stolen weapons ring, comprised of employees of Eagle Picher, Huntington, IN, reporting it to Huntington City Police Detective Greg Hedrick, to no avail, also being harassed by F.B.I. agents who were attached there. I reported that to Blackjack in 1994. The business was completely shut down a year or two later, when in fact the crime ring could have been dealt with without disrupting the business. I learned about that from the owner, and called "Hoener" on it. His reply was a nonchalant intimation that it was no big deal and that the F.B.I. did such things all the time.

     10. After 1995, when calling to "Hoener" and citing instances of violations of civil and constitutional rights against people, he would either discount it or hang up on me, knowing that I did not particularly favor militia groups, whose members sometimes go overboard and misinterpret constitutional rights.

     11. I reported "Hoener" to the President of the United States in 1994, because "Hoener" seemed to have some undue personal affinity and association with the La Cosa Nostra. When discussing the cases, he said several times not to discuss the matter with anyone, because it was "...our thing", emphasizing 'our thing'. Later, I learned that the La Cosa Nostra is also called 'Our Thing" (I believe that the mob is generally respectful to individual rights and things sacred).

     12. At one time, several years ago, I suspected "Hoener" of not only causing me job loss and prevention of opportunity, but arranging it so that all I could usually do for a living was to cut firewood for _____ _______, Roann, IN. When I called "Hoener" on it, he said that it's that way or no job at all. I started cutting trees and firewood in 1998, and sometime around 2008 I was trying to change occupations, but "Hoener" prevented it, even though my obligation with the FBI ended in March of 1995.

     13. "Hoener" has told inquirers that he'd never heard of me. However, he had called my late father a couple of times, under pretense of checking on my welfare, only to convey the thought that I was mentally imbalanced due to reports I'd made to him. "Hoener" also, in 1994, said that he was storing most reports I'd made to him at his home, and that he'd work on it later. Someone from the U.S. Dept. of State was in touch with me off and on while I was in Colorado, not trusting "Hoener" very far. They also said that they were going to use some Navy Seals to get into "Hoener's" home and retrieve/make copies of reports I'd made to him, later saying they were successful.

     14. "Hoener" has conveyed the idea that he is against Christianity (though that could mean against how a lot of the church people are: false). When I called "Hoener" on trying to recruit devout Christians as informers, he talked as though nothing is sacred.

     15. Sometime between 1998 and 2006, "Hoener" informed me that they were going to use some mafia people to help break up the underground constitutional group that had plagued Wabash County and other regions. In 2006, "Hoener" informed me that he was going to start relaying confidential reports to the Indiana State Police at Peru, IN. My protests fell on deaf ears. Prior to that, I was submitting some info to the I.S.P., and "Hoener" called me on it, angry.

     16. In/around 2004, "Hoener" informed me that he was going to Washington, D.C., having been summoned. Part of the agenda was to provide a report on issues concerning and stemming from my reports. Some of those had reached then director Louis Freeh, who intended to take care of the problem, but was prevented.

     17. I once told "Hoener", in 1994, that you could tell Americans anything, and they'd believe you, referring to the fact that the "underground" had effectively fooled many people. I believe that "Hoener" has used that concept as part of a program by which to control the masses.

     18. "Hoener" is not against using "truth serum" (thiopental) on people. The first time I went into the F.B.I. office at Colorado Springs, CO for an interview, "Hoener" walked in with a needle and syringe, with the apparent intent of injecting me with it. Between my threats and his supervisor's warning, he backed off.

     19. "Hoener" emphasized several times, in 1994, that he held in great esteem a particular part of his background, that is, his German background. Once when I accused him of being a Nazi, he laughed about it and said "So what? There are more ways than American ways".

     20. "Hoener" seemed to have more of an affinity for the mob than he did the F.B.I. or other government agencies, unduly so.  

     21. "Hoener" and/or other F.B.I. have attempted to bring me into disdain with my family doctor. "Hoener" had previously tried to get me put on medication, saying I had either a chemical imbalance in my brain or was mentally disturbed. This was on account of some of the content of my reports, expounding on strange things I'd seen people do which, incidentally, are some of the very same methods that the F.B.I. and other entities practice.

     Note:Over the years I tried several times to get a lawyer to go after "Hoener" and/or a proxy, but they were always intimidated. I did finally get an interview with one from Kokomo a couple of years ago, but he doesn’t handle the type of cases I need worked. I contacted Joe Eddingfield a couple of years ago, but they never called back but once. If they don’t want to handle it, that is, of course, their choice, but I suspect that they were intimidated as well.
     One of Hoener’s proxies was CIA, the one I was usually under, and another was U.S. Marshall, and I imagine Hoener is tied in with the U.S. Dept. of State, so they have their nefarious program tied in pretty well. But like "Hoener" told me once, “there’s always a trail somewhere”. It is also possible that someone is trying to make it look like the real Hoener’s the corrupt one.When it comes to intelligence work, you never really know until you really know. And even then, you can’t always be sure unless you’re really sure.
     I saw Hoener a couple months ago, at McDonald’s in N. Manchester, him acknowledging me, and “BlackJack” at WalMart in Warsaw a month or so ago. I quit working there on August the 26th, 2016.

     One huge problem, which may very well be the main culprit who is making Hoener and/or proxies look bad is a blonde female who has worked her way up the informant ladder and by now may be an officer of one type or another. She worked at Video Unlimited, N. Cass St., Wabash, IN, in 1998 and part of 1999, until fired about a week after submitting a notice that she was quitting. She used the name Anna Davis, a female from Wabash, and was in concert with her at least some. She has also been involved with a U.S. Marshal named April _____, in charge of the Indianapolis Protection Program, and has also been entwined with/known by the Fort Wayne U.S. Marshals and F.B.I., the Indianapolis F.B.I., the Indiana State Police, the Wabash City and County Police Departments, the C.I.A., and possibly the mob, as well as law enforcement personnel from all over the place. She obtained info from reports I made to the Colorado Springs, Colorado F.B.I., from either "Hoener" or the Peru, IN I.S.P., beginning in or around 2005, and has greatly misused the info (this was well after I had notified Hoener and/or the Colorado Springs, Colorado resident agency about this particular blonde female, whom I observed with an F.B.I. Special Agent from Indianapolis, IN a few years ago).

     I was never 100% sure which agent Hoener was, but after a time of having to call my superior by his undercover name of 'Blackjack', he said to start calling him Neil again, or Hoener (he didn't like to be called 'Sir').

     15. MOB MOLE?

     To start with, this article is not to insult the mob, as some of them are Patriotic people, as well as fair and just, possessing a degree of honesty surpassing many of the feds, states and locals. Most of the people they work over are within their realm of business dealings to begin with, and I have found that the mafia, in spite of what they traditionally do, are respectful of individual sovereignty and other things sacred. Most problems from the mob where mob influence is not prevalent comes from their associates and people on the fringes.

     Back in December of '97 I moved in with a girlfriend, Kay M., and her son, Joe, and daughter, Ruth, in the Peru, IN area. It lasted 3-4 months, and I moved out. We got along pretty well but there were some conflicts of interest.

     While there, Kay mentioned that she hated the C.I.A., butseemed to somewhat favor the I.S.P. She may have been involved with those cops during the nineties when the C.I.A. was more or less calling the shots at the Peru post, disdaining whatever all went on, one result being the arrest of two troopers who were involved in illegal guns and drugs, probably under the auspices of the spooks.

     Kay made certain innuendos about a movie we watched, a video she wanted me to see, called 'Eraser', with Arnold Schwarzenegger [ http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0116213/ ], based upon the U.S. Marshal Witness Protection Program and subjects being snatched. Ironically, her dog's name was 'Kura', which she emphasized just a bit too much, as well as a few other things (see entry #16, 'Nefarious Undertakers?') She also bragged on the mafia, with whom she had some ties through her ex-husband, and was strongly in favor of the mob, emphasizing on more than one occasion that they run the government, which protocol I believe she has been working on fully achieving during the past 19 years.

     While living with them, a few abnormal events took place, including receiving bizarre phone calls from who we determined was members of the Indiana State Police Alliance, which entity we reported to the I.S.P.

     After I moved out, I kept in telephone contact with Kay, during which conversations she outrightly stated that she was going to use me for something, and many times after that, I observed her and/or Ruth stalking around in cars, sometimes at my places of temporary employ. Part of her ploy was making sure that I saw her around me in out of the way places, that is, locations in which she would not ordinarily be, and when I'd call her to inquire as to what she was into, she'd make it look like I was harassing her, a classic informant maneuver.

     The Fort Wayne F.B.I. dealt with her, and after that I believe that she started informing/investigating for the Wabash County Sheriff's Dept. and the Wabash County Prosecutor's Investigator, abusing the opportunity. Taking the issue up with each respective agency has never done one bit of good.

     16. NEFARIOUS UNDERTAKERS?

     Ever wonder how some of the witnesses to crime are placed into government protection programs, especially when they've had an open casket viewing and all around "proper" funeral? I can't say firsthand throughout the entire procedure, but I have talked to quite a few people thought dead, well after the final respects and mourning times. And when I was commissioned as an acting federal agent with the F.B.I. in '95-'95, Special Agent Hoener and/or "Blackjack" got two persons out of what I believe was the United States Marshal program, who had been installed in it unjustly. They came to me and then I went to Hoener or "Blackjack". Reference follow:

     One problem is, the unwitting are at times placed into identity change programs, in order to keep them silent concerning government or other corruption. At last count, there were over 14,000 people in that, either overall or in the Marshal division. It is claimed that only the U.S. MARSHALS, F.B.I. and C.I.A. have protection programs, the Marshals variety being the most extensive. However, the criminal element also has such contrivances, as does at least another federal government agency. Allegedly, a very secret group of the Indiana State Police delves into that as well, possibly having their "own" program, even though only federal agencies are authorized to do so. 

     At any rate, it is a very misused and abused, people often being "ushered into the next life" so that crimes by certain people can be "swept under the rug". I'm sure that the day is at least near when select "whistle blowers" and other dissenters will be systematically and permanently silenced via such schemes.

     Where do undertakers fit into this? Well, obviously, the victim's mortician would have to be aware, and take part. Instead of draining blood and injecting formaldehyde, something else would have to be orchestrated.

     It is no real big deal for doctors to intentionally put someone into a drug induced coma [http://www.livescience.com/39483-what-is-a-medically-induced-coma.html]. But would that be enough to fool viewers of the corpse? Likely not. However, there is a more effective way. A little known drug called curari [or curare], found in South America [http://medical-dictionary.thefreedictionary.com/curari] and [https://www.drugs.com/mmx/curare.html]. Used perhaps in combination with other derivatives, given modern day technology, I have no trouble deducting viable possibilities.

      Would undertakers do such things? They are human. I worked for a business which put the burial vault into the ground, set up for the graveside service, and then deposited the coffin (usually with a dead body in it (all but once or twice; once, the'yd failed to put enough ballast inside)) into the vault we'd put into the ground. The other thing that caught my attention was when my boss told me that he sold standard vaults to morticians for right at $500. Guess what?

     Keep in mind that a discerning person will look at a corpse and it appears that there is still life in it, most notably a Christian believer [refer to II Kings 13:23 > [ http://biblehub.com/2_kings/13-21.htm ].   Also bear in mind that it has been documented at various times in America, or by Americans (including C.I.A. personnel I've been told), that God has raised the dead through Christian missionaries and other believers [ http://www.theelijahchallenge.org/dead-woman-raised-back-life-lords-disciples-issue-command-jesus-name/ ; [ http://blog.godreports.com/2012/02/former-muslim-raised-from-the-dead-shocked-her-neighbors-won-many-to-christ/ ]; [ http://worldnewsdailyreport.com/isis-fighter-converts-to-christianity-after-allah-refuses-him-entrance-to-gates-of-heaven/ ]; [ http://www.miraclesofthechurch.com/2010/10/raised-from-dead-saints-who-brought.html ]; (using the key words 'muslims being raised from the dead by christians').

     A few years ago I watched a documentary, about a man in some foreign country, maybe Russia or nearby, who had evidently died suddenly. He was in the morgue for several days, the corpse awaiting an autopsy. When the doctor started cutting on him, he noticed some kind of sign of life, so they went to work, reviving the man, who fully recovered, though it took a couple of years, and he underwent an interview (if I can locate the show I will list it). This one may or may not be a miracle. Nobody prayed over him so far as the show showed, so it probably wasn't, but could have been due to unknown prayers of people who knew of him. Anyway, if not a miracle, it goes to show that it is very possible for someone to be thought dead by everyone, yet later revive. And scientists have many things these days down to an exacting art!

     It is to be assumed that if the government offers protection, it would be offered up front and direct. However, a nEfarious officer or agent, or a criminal, who wants to get rid of you, may attempt to allure you into it, for an easy way of eliminating you. I was the subject of that attempt once or twice...poor sap didn't know that I was an F.B.I. acting agent. I don't know what ever happened to him. The F.B.I. has it's ways!

     17.ROANN AREA SUBVERSIVE

    
     A former tree cutting associate/employer of mine:
     He has at one time represented himself as being an investigative partner of mine, which thing is not true. Some years ago I told him that he could help me check certain surreptitious activities of particular people or types of people, under one condition: that he keep me informed as to what was going on, to which he agreed. He never once kept his end of the bargain. I never mentioned being any kind of partner with him, however. I delivered an outline of criminal activities orchestrated by both government and civilians, all of which, in addition to many others, are on my website in the section entitled 'Special Security Research and News', to him in 2008, and to several other people in the area before that.

     That was the information which appeared on 'Wabash County Special Notices' and/or 'Special Notices', in 2009 when I first started the site. He also tried to claim that information as his, according to the F.B.I., and misused the info in other ways. However, I notified the F.B.I. in Indiana that I had delivered the papers to him a day or so after doing so, having already cleared the procedure through FBI elsewhere previously. Those government personnel already had the info.

     He was applying pressure to me here and there, attempting to discover what I was doing in my spare time, or what I had done previously in the arena of investigating. So I gave a copy of the info to him, in order to draw him out, already being aware of his nefarious activities in his spare time and throughout the day at times, being a sort of hub of information, maintaining contact with certain people of the criminal element and with local and state law enforcement authorities.

     It was believed by myself, and later corroborated by the F.B.I., that he was using the information with which to make personal gain. Using information gained from some other person, he bid on a property in Roann, having obtained insider information, but did not acquire that house and lot. It is a strong possibility that he has used some of that information's base, which I gave him, as a means by which to blackmail or extort people, and may be a link in the chain of the network of illegal drug sales, having been reported by a few residents in Roann for such, but mostly undermining legitimate law enforcement operations, which activity the FBI did monitor. Further, he may have contact with people in the "business" of eliminating innocent folks, as well as lesser crimes, such as costing people gainful employ, wrecking small businesses and libel and slander.

     Some of the people he has been in at least occasional contact with are corrupt or naive members of the F.B.I., U.S. Marshalls, one of the militias, Indiana State Police, Wabash City and County police, and a "constitutional" group which is far right and more of an anarchistic para-military entity than a true militia or other constitutional group. For the most part, it is not believed that most of the government personnel knew of his more clandestine activities, which may include some elements of the old S.O.G. and/or M.A.C. His link with any federal people is in all probability indirect, and may be the result of believing that those contacts are of the anti-government element.
     As an example of the mindset of this individual, he owns a property, an old gas station, which ground has an old fuel tank which was to be removed within a few years of purchasing the place, as part of the purchase agreement. The tank was considered to be a potential water contaminant, but was never removed. The breather pipe was simply cut off below ground level and plugged, the tank being reported to be full of diesel fuel. I was witness to that. Since that time, this individual has purchased at least one other property and paid off a 90 acre parcel purchased in 2000. He has been under investigation by the F.B.I. since the year 2000, and has been documented as having committed crimes worthy of arraignment, but the F.B.I. instead began using him as an informant, totally disregarding the possible health risk to the public.
This individual has been privy to many legitimate law enforcement cases which have been thrown, and has made multiple innuendos and statements which are strongly indicative that he has played a substantial role in the crimes listed in 'Case Outline' parts 1,2, and 3, though not all points, but most especially as pertaining to the "underground" group which has plagued the region, destroying constitutional law enforcement efforts.
     This individual has made allusion to a couple of people's untimely demise, well before they ever died or were sick, often feigns faith in Christ when fearing questioning for some crime or misdeed, strives to cast down devout believers while conniving with those who twist and misuse scripture, and is generally a busybody in everyone's matters. All former employees have stated that he lies, usually about merely everyday, common happenings or such, and that it is uncertain if he as to whether he actually believes lies he has related. This individual is also anti Jew, Mexican and Black, and has been a vehement verbal abuser of his now wife and two grandsons for many years. The two grandsons, whom he and his wife raised, will likely risk losing a future inheritance if they divulge having been verbally abused and demeaned.
     He is extremely perceptive and very clever, able to fool most people, effectively hiding his ulterior motive. He is normally cordial and friendly, but he is involved in crime.

     18. Some years ago, an elderly couple who worked part time at a gas station in Wabash, IN, were robbed of over $4,000 worth of various types of equipment. They found out that it was 2-3 police informants, and went to their handler about it. The finding was that the cop, Jerry Martin, determined it to be true and some things were returned, less than half, and the informants weren't dealt with very harshly, some lame excuse being given. I'd reported the incident to the FBI at Colorado Springs, sometime before 2006, and that may be the only reason that any reparation was made at all.

     Recently, I discovered that, on top of a series of thefts by those informants, the one main one, Josie Wilcox, stole a man and wife's truck and gave it to a friend of his to drive, in Kokomo, IN. The couple had to track down the truck, because apparently the cops wouldn't do so. No charges were pressed, the reason evidently being expressly stated by the man's current handler, "...we're not going to press charges because he's an informant...".

     19. DEATH THREAT

     Back around 2004, Jerry Maxwell, threatened to kill an employee, likely for having reported him to the law, for having stated that the only person who had ever reported him to the Better Business Bureau was gone, implying that he had been murdered. The employee was an undercover operative, seeking further information, therefore letting the threat slide.
     Jerry has also:

     Commented a time later that a certain person in the county would likely not see old age; less than a year later that person was diagnosed with cancer and eventually died.
     Has told employees that if they ever reported certain activities of his to the authorities that he'd bury them with his backhoe.
     Is known to have certain people spied on and obtains information about even their work activities, for surreptitious reasons.
     Is acquainted with a wide array of people, what activities they engage in and what they talk about, including local politicians and some of the police. He has also revealed details about certain person's bank accounts and secret hiding places of cash. Incidentally, he has alluded to a friend who is a computer geek, but declined to elaborate on just what the guy's skills are.
     Known to hate Blacks, Mexicans and Jews; is not fond of very many Christians, but is respectful to most people.
     Is known to covertly harm businesses in his area, for seemingly unknown reasons; is likely connected with a group of people who engage in such actvities, using the constitution as a guise.
     He is very perceptive about certain characteristics, mannerisms and actions of people, likened to the same perception that a successful Poker player possesses.
     According to former employees, he often denies having said something a short while or several days after he said it, such as how to perform some work chore or something he said during a conversation. Another attribute is that he can be very angry about something, but switch to an entirely sociable demeanor instantly when a customer stops in.

     Hates homosexuals to the point that thinks they should be shot. Likely doesn't convey that to any known homosexuals.

     Looks upon women as being inferior to men in all respects, more or less.

     Looks upon illegal drugs from a standpoint that smart people sell them, but do not use them.

     Has obtained limited, but confidential information from reports to the U.S. Marshalls, FBI and Indiana State Police. Formerly tied in with law enforcement in hiring work release people.

     According to former employees he lies a lot and pulls psychological ploys.

     Is connected with at least one high level informant in the region, who operates out of the state police and has undermined a variety of lawful and just investigations, who in turn is/was connected with an "underground" group who uses the constitution simply as a guise: that group infiltrates law enforcement and DOJ entities, associating with rogue cops and agents and promotes "free" thinking and living, believing that the constitution is to be construed as condoning generally anything that a person wants to do and seeks to entirely undermine the United States Government, harassing and intimidating those who tackle corruption in government. That group is basically a revised version of the SDS, which stands for Students for a Democratic Society, promoting extreme liberalism.

     Has obtained insider information about at least one property that was up for bid, thus potentially enabling him to overbid other prospective buyers by a small amount, but did not get that property.

     Had one employee for a number of years that was in an involuntary situation in which F.B.I. Agent Neil Hoener prevented that employee from obtaining any employment longer term than a few months, having arranged with Maxwell to retain him as an employee.

     Any info about activity related to this should be submitted to probably F.B.I. Agent Steve Kell, Fort Wayne, IN. Kell and I are not associated, but he is familiar with many cases I've submitted previously. (Posted Nov., 2016). Beware of a little known "by-law" when making a report to the F.B.I.: they try to assume jurisdiction over at least some of your activities when looking into a case, even if all you do is to submit info.

     20. ERRANT CHURCHMEN.

      THIS PROBLEM HAS SINCE BEEN REMEDIED, AT LEAST FOR THE MOST PART, PRIMARILY BEING NEGATED IN 2017 WHEN THE KNOWN MAFIA ASSOCIATE DIED OF A RUPTURED AORTA.

     There are a number of church members in Wabash County, particularly two from the Wabash Free Will Baptist on Erie St., Wabash, IN, and two from the Roann First Brethren, who are using the church as a platform by which to do things other than evangelical activity. One from the First Brethren had things to do with the C.I.A. from in/around 1979 to some date, probably quitting with them some years ago. Now, the two from the Roann church are said to be associated with the mafia. The two from the Wabash church are known to have been associated with the C.I.A., then later the mafia, and the two sets of people are connected with each other. Both sets are also connected with a Roann area sh
     It is likely not the mob who is responsible, as they are generally respectful of the church when it is patronized by truly devout and sincere people. But what usually happens is that people become associated with the mob, and get a case of big britches. Generally, mafia people won’t tolerate their associates getting out of line.
Likewise, a number of government personnel and secular entities don’t apparently realize that merging of church and state is a spiritually heinous act, resulting ultimately in extremely tyrannical manifestations of the most extreme crimes against God and humanity that ever existed.
     Adolph Hitler had overt meetings with thousands of churchmen, gaining the majority of their consent to “restoring Germany” to her former greatness. For church people to intentionally delve into covert activity is far worse. They, like those Germans, are deceived in it’s entirety.
     Most used to be strongly fundamental and evangelical, but like most sects of today, they have gone politically correct to a large degree, forsaking many doctrines found in what they claim is their guide.
     I cannot emphasize enough, that I no longer have anything to do with any spy or investigative work, and even when I did, I protested and foiled attempts of certain government personnel to integrate church activity with investigative work, most notably my former F.B.I. mentor. I recently let out some information to a particular government agency or bureau, in order to enable them to thwart nefarious attempts by the F.B.I. to gain more undue power over people in this region. Unfortunately, too many citizens have no discernment and subscribe to just about anything except the truth, particularly when it appears that any given program will benefit themselves.
     To reiterate what I wrote in another piece, there are over 80 churches in Wabash County, and we’d be just as well off if they were Buddhist temples. At least they don’t bow down as much to tyranny by government. They will actually die for Buddha. Most alleged Christians in America won’t even miss a favorite television show for Christ.
     These are not the only congregations in the county, region or country engaging in nefarious practices, but I am most knowledgeable of several people from those churches, as a few people who appear to be German Baptists are also engaging in some type of investigative activity. It is probably not a majority of parishioners from any association who mix church and state, but it only takes a few rotten eggs to spoil all of them. They are being religious dictators, not Christians, and are the biggest threat to liberty and freedom, far worse than terrorists. They can go bend over the altar of Nimrod and his one world order adherents.
     That is an increasing trend by the organized church at large, all over America: The churches are sociopolitical, the politicians neo-political and the government has turned tyrannical, elements of each having become religionist monsters, forming a conglomerate of like-minded, one world order progressives, implementing a program by which to shape and mold people into what suits them, strengthening the quest to intangibly force people to fit into human-imposed, stereotypical roles, by redefining what the Bible says, twisting and perverting it to conform to what enables power, control and wealth to be wielded, exercised and enjoyed by only those who are of that Nimrodian-based association, fueled by false doctrines such as determinism and a misinterpretation of the theology of dispensation, which automatically creates, by virtue of human nature, the false prosperity teachings instituted by Belial's offspring, coinciding with the mindset of progrssivism, which is an offspring of western expansionism, all of which is actually based in Aryanism [Isaiah 29:13, Matthew 23, Ezekiel 12:24, 11:1-15, ch. 13].

     In/around 2004, I reported to F.B.I. Agent Neil Hoener that there were indications that F.B.I. from the region were setting up churches to be used as informant platforms and hubs of information. His reply? "So what?"

     Two people in particular who have caused problems by undermining cases I and others have worked are Raymond and Helen Sesco who, interestingly, have a son who some people have mistaken for me.

     21. A PROMISE?

    For a number of years, it was said that I am a promise breaker, a liar, basically. That derived from a misnomer, a logical fallacy and a gross distortion of context.
     In 1992, a then friend of mine, Robert Haupert, Jr., kept asking if I wanted to know a secret, to which I always replied no. After always being haggled by him, I patronized him, so he told me what the secret was, after I promised not to tell anyone, unless it had to do with crime or some such thing.
     The secret was some organization Robert belonged to, a sort of secret society or "underground" entity, comprised of people from all walks of life, including government people, all of whom were fed up with how America has turned out. Once I was told about such a group, Robert said that I had to join, because I knew about them. I never joined it and never will.
     Later, Robert wanted me to start a brothel with him, at the place I lived in the country. Then he wanted to store drugs at my place in between transactions, on behalf of that group he'd joined. He and a brother once tried to pressure me to deal drugs with them, at which I replied with a death threat if they ever asked me again.
     Robert had gotten me started in driving a truck, supplying false references, since I lacked experience. In '92, he provided a false reference so I could drive for MWT, then later so I could "grandfather" in to a CDL. Later, he tried to coerce me to join that group, by saying he could get me into trouble with the law for lying to the BMV (He'd had a sister-in-law be the reference for the CDL part). I wouldn't join, so he reported me to the BMV; however, I had already told them about it, and obtained my CDL rightfully.

     Robert, or Bobby, had been forced to haul illegal guns and drugs in a semi-truck dump bed trailer, based in Harrogate, TN, during the nineties, and after reporting it to the state cops there, was reprimanded by his boss and introduced to assassins, who were either a part of that "underground" group or at their disposal.

     Many other things happened, including attempts to kidnap both Robert and I, but the end result has been an infiltration by those people into law enforcement, the C.I.A., and to at least some extent the F.B.I. and other, non-investigative departments, culminating in nixed cases and rewards to the criminals and casting down of the innocent.

     That group claims to be constitutional but in reality, they are a subversive group, employing methods resembling the very terrorists.

      FAR AS I KNOW, THE BRUNT OF THIS DILEMMA HAS BEEN RECTIFIED, THE CAUSE BEING LIES BY LAW ENFORCEMENT AND INFORMANTS, AS WELL AS INEPTNESS DUE TO THE PREVIOUS SHERIFF CONDUCTING INTELLIGENCE ACTIVITY INSTEAD OF DOING HIS SWORN DUTY, AND ABUSING HIS FEDERALLY TRAINED SKILLS.

     Over the past ten years, a substantial number of prominent residents in and around Roann have exhibited indications, often blatant, that they are knowledgeable and/or in concert with shady investigators of one type or another, yet mostly keeping tight-lipped about it even to people who should be made aware.
     There are three types of situations in which folks remain hushed when nefarious activity is being conducted: people are intimidated into being quiet, even when wrongs are perpetuated; there are recipients of bribes; clever investigators and informers deceive people into believing that the end justifies the means. Often, a combination of all three are utilized.
     Concerning bribes, that method is an indirect intimation as often as not. It is similar to the paradox of the American farmer. In years past, farmers were some of the biggest complainers of some of the mandates of the government. Yet, for a number of years, I've heard few complaints from any of them, because they apparently take the old adage to heart literally: "Don't bite the hand that feeds you", (no matter what they do, especially to others). In the last few years, farmers who apply have been among the biggest receivers of government subsidies. So of course most refuse to "rock the boat", so long as they are secure. And so it goes with other businesses and customers as well, some graft appearing in the form of a guarantee of being allowed to continue in business unmolested.

     A high school friend of mine, during the later nineties, confided in me about some not so wholesome things that farmers in his area were engaging in, and he spoke out against it, resulting in their disdain. Not too many years later he died of cancer, and a couple of remarks made when I had checked some things out at the time, create the possibility that the cancer was not simply happenchance. I'd been told some years ago by a long time employer, more than once, that one needs to be careful what is said around a select number of farmers.
     Stands to reason, since there is a lot more intimate contact between them and government folks such as congressmen and such. Seeing as how politicians interact with various government bureaus, some persons being very nefarious, there is one more factor that ties dissension between elements of society, concerning my dead school mate in this case, into nefarious activity: the F.B.I. has admitted that cancer can be intentionally given to a person. That also makes sense, because after all, scientists have been giving laboratory mice and other animals cancer for years, for purposes of finding a cure. Concerning the departed schoolmate, it is mostly conjecture from my position, but possible.
     As pertaining to intimidation, there are a myriad of ways by which "Big Brother" conveys the message to not talk about what they do, especially detective agencies, at all levels. Many of the subsidy applications are fudged some, by applicants, and an investigator who is savvy to those and other kinds of business rules and laws can easily exact compliance from beneficiaries.
     As far as being deceived, it's not hard for an intelligence agent [F.B.I., C.I.A.] to pull the wool over the common citizen's eyes, something that happens all the time However, most all doings fall under one main concept: "...as you wish that men would do to you, do so to them" [Luke 6:31. RSV]. I've seen many people cast down via covert means, when it could be easily prevented: "Do not withhold good from those to whom it is due, when it is in your power to do it" [Proverbs 3:27. RSV.]. meaning that civilians, especially church members, have no excuse for shutting their eyes to the plight of others, when they can do something; i.e., warning them
     Are not all Americans entitled to the "...pursuit of life, liberty and happiness"? Or are we resorting back to the old English idea that privilege is spawned by lineage (and association)? The worst government edicts and protocols mean something only when the people assent to them, that approval usually being gained by the citizens' failure to protest. "Silence in the face of evil is evil itself"-Dietrich Bonhoffer.
     While investigating during the nineties, I discovered that there were cliques within the informant networks, who were dishonest and greedy of filthy lucre, throwing cases and operating a network within a network, directing and manipulating others, right under the noses of their government superiors. And the same thing happened in Colorado Springs in 1994, within a special agent's circle of confidants, some of his most trusted informers and acting agents being corrupt, which we circumvented.
     Every single founder of America pledged their lives, their fortunes and their sacred honor to the institution of the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution of the United States of America, some losing everything they had. But now, many Americans are willing to see others destroyed, for a new television set, more clientele, continued comfort from interruption in their lives or maybe even personal vengeance.

     23. 29. SANCTIONED FALSE REPORTING (PERJURY)

     December of 2013 or '14, I get a phone call from Wabash County Sheriff's Department Matt Cox. Seems my neighbor and his wife, put a no trespass warning against me. That was rather a surprise, though they had falsely accused me of trespassing a couple of years earlier, on a frequent basis, apparently on the word of a relative who, amongst other things, was arrested previously for transporting heroin, around thirty-six bags, from Chicago.

     Incidentally, I'd heard that relative talking to a friend one night, about making a run to Chicago, and details I overheard indicated a drug deal, so I reported it to the Indiana State Police. I'd just happened to have been outside at the right time, and they were talking in above normal tones, so I didn't even have to strain to hear.
     Just a few days before Christmas, my dogs were barking, so I went outside to check it out. There was a black or dark blue GMC Jimmy or Chevy Blazer, or the more recent models, sitting in front of my house and the Bones' house, mostly in the parking area, straddling the boundary between the two properties and about a foot into the street. Having a background as an acting FBI street agent, being aware of any potential threats, I go out to check further, and a man was sitting in it.
     After quickly surveying the immediate area, I walk over to the vehicle, and the man opens the door just as I get to the driver's side door, explaining that his window doesn't roll down. I ask how he's doing and, as much of society seems to be defunct in contexts of the English language (if I can become contextually literate and otherwise proficient in the English language, anyone can), he tells me that his woman is in visiting Bones. I didn't ask what he was doing but how. Incidentally, 8 out of 10 people, when I ask how they're doing, proceed to tell me what they're doing. Can't understand that, especially with younger people, who are supposed to be so well educated.
     I say, “oh, okay. Well, the dogs were barking and I just came out to see if anything was going on. I used to be associated with the FBI, so I like to make sure nothing's going on. By the way, if you want to park clear in my space, so you can get off the street, go ahead”. He said thanks, and I said to have a good evening and returned into the house. That was it, no other conversation, nor did he get out of the vehicle neither did he need to.
     According to Deputy Cox, one or another of the Bones reported that I told the guy I was [currently] an FBI or other federal agent and ordered him out of his vehicle, a completely fabricated story. Firstly, having been one, an acting agent being the same as a schooled agent, with however much authority they want to grant you, I know what to say and not to say. Having then been not commissioned, I full well knew better than to say that I was an agent. Secondly, there was absolutely no reason for me to have done so. Thirdly, if I had ordered him to have gotten out of his vehicle, he would have done so, one way or another, and he would have known explicitly just exactly what I was. Seeing as how I was offered a badge and more authority at one time, during my stint in Colorado, which I declined due to the nature of my then current undercover work, the fact that I was offered a job with the FBI while out there, the fact that the U.S. State Department employed [used] me a couple of times, the fact that I pulled I.A. duty once or twice, and the fact that the CIA requested and used my services on several occasions, I hardly think that I need to prove anything to a guy sitting in a parking space, nor to a nosy neighbor who is bent on fabricating stories, apparently in order to overcome some type of phobia or inferiority complex.
     Having known those neighbors since 1998, I had always gotten along okay with them, though the wife was never too fond of me. But ever since around 2007, around the time I and the FBI agent in Colorado, my mentor, went our separate ways, having moved in beside them in September of 2005, it has been a frequent headache, though I have tried to get along with and accommodate, them.

     For instance, I told them to feel free to have their visitors park in my area anytime, because all I needed was enough space for my one vehicle. When a security light bothered them by shining in their kitchen window, I put a blinder on that side. I introduced them to my Doberman, so he would know that they were okay. When my Australian Shepherd, while on a good, stout chain, started growling at the wife, I introduced him to her, so he'd know not to bother her. He's been loose twice, during the past 8 or 9 years I've owned him, and never tried to bite anyone, as he is simply domain protective, as most dogs are.
     There is one time that I was ever on their property besides standing around and talking to them. Something was agitating Hammer, kept in the back, off to the NNW, and it looked like someone was up to mischief just north of SR 16, so I grabbed the Dobe and ran over there, traversing across their yard. The younger son was out back, and I said to him as I ran through, “I think something's going on over there”. He said okay and I proceeded, but found nothing. I patrol the streets at night, partly for training the dogs and partly just to keep the town more secure.
     I caught the adult neighbor agitating one of my dogs at least once, the Australian Shepherd, from his side of the property line, verbally challenging the dog to bring it on, the dog being on a chain. He didn't know I was home, and when I yelled at him through an open window, he quickly went back inside. Busted!
     There have been several occasions when someone would a small rock, a stick or an empty can over my fence and into the dog's area out back, and I've seen visiting family members throw un-extinguished cigarette butts against the side of my house trailer, laughing about it. I caught one of them agitating their other next door neighbor's dog with a red, infra-red beam on a cell phone. The wife used to drive partly through my parking space, even through piles of leaves I had raked, while going to park in her space, then looking at me like I had done something wrong. That is outright evidence of presumptuous mind control, especially when coupled with certain actions and comments of her husband's.
     I haven't fully determined whether it's a mental/emotional instability or attempts at psychological warfare, but when we were still talking, the neighbor be cordial and friendly one time, and then strangely aloof and cold the next time. I remember once he called me over towards his property, and said something to the effect of, “What are you scared of?” I never discovered if he was referring to my fence, which I built in order to keep dogs in, or exactly what, but later on, he told me that they were going to look into some of my [reports I had made to the FBI]. Ironically, after that, I'd seen his wife, on several occasions, in rather out of the way places I've been in the county or region, on the highway, going in the opposite direction as myself, even during the day when she normally would have been at work. The neighbor has also made several references to people or normal incidents at places I've worked at through temp services, and even things I've mentioned to people in casual conversation. Very bizarre.
     This has been a classical situation of people pulling some fairly serious psychological ploys, including outright lies such as stating to law enforcement that I've intimidated them, which is totally false because I generally ignore them. They have used the good guy bad guy routine on many occasions, a favorite of cops and federal agents, and have attempted to cause me to be insecure in my person through their devious stunts. Seeing as how the neighbor has a brother who is a retired military intelligence operative, I suspect some interloping, stemming from intermingling with some level of intelligence types, possibly at the state level, but likely higher up. Seeing as how the neighbor man hasn't worked, to speak of, for a number of years, coupled with the possibility that certain people are paid not to work, by the government, in a normal job anyway, I suspect some very surreptitious activity, especially considering that during the conversation during which the neighbor asked me what I was afraid of, he said, just out of the blue, “I could just shoot you”, at which I got a chuckle. That's not the first time anyone ever told me that, as criminals occasionally have.
     Back in '98, the neighbor and a buddy, whose son has multiple felonies, were friends with an Ohio state cop in training. They were in the process of discussing how to set up a drug smuggling/dealing operation, once the guy became a cop. The FBI thwarted that, so whatever is their agenda, I suspect that there is a revenge factor lurking somewhere. Considered in with occasional strange noises and dogs barking late at night once in a while, at apparently nothing, as well as other covert factors, I suspect an involvement with a covert entity who tried to lure me into quitting the army during basic training and joining them. It is some kind of “underground” group comprised of people from all walks of life, engaging in various acts of anything which disrupts what is good and constitutionally sound, hidden behind a guise of combating an expected, totalitarian regime. In reality, I believe that the underground group is a major support in ushering in such a thing.
     The psychological ploys are, in all probability, a part of the Obama regime, which seeks to call good evil and evil good [Isaiah 5:20], attempting to brainwash people into discarding Biblical and Constitutional truths, concepts and precepts, so that a Socialist regime can be implemented. Socialists have stated that, “The end of Socialism is Communism”.
     The latest stunt pulled by my neighbors is hanging up a sign, a sacrilegious sign, which says “Prayer is a Great Way to meet the Lord; Trespassing is Much Quicker”. Prior to that, while working on a new porch, the neighbor parked his pickup truck, which had sheet metal roofing protruding from the back of it about four feet, with the tail end right on the property line between our two properties, with the sheet metal hanging onto my property for about the four feet. Now who is harassing and provoking who? 

     Some years ago, I was putting rocks between our two properties, 3 feet from my trailer, and the neighbor “advises” me not to get carried away, because they're thinking about putting up a fence and are checking on just where the property line is. To top it off, they think that they can put a fence up one foot, 12 inches, from the side of my house trailer. We're talking about a true bastardized rectum here, pulling one childish, sacrilegious scheme after another, including sometimes glaring at visitors, just foolishness, and I've always approached them respectfully. Yet I'm the bad guy. It is a classic ploy, the real culprits making someone else to appear the wrongdoer, something a lot of criminals do. The real icing on the crap cake is that our inept and nefarious law enforcement in this county lets them get away with it.

    24. ATTEMPTED SETUP?

     While working at Wal-Mart, Warsaw, IN, during the summer of 2016, all was going well, and then one night I saw who I believe was "Blackjack", my former federal superior from Colorado Springs, Colorado, a proxy for F.B.I. Special Agent Neil Hoener. I also saw who I think was Hoener himself, in disguise. I don't know why they were there, as I didn't say anything to them nor they to me, in order to not blow their cover, but it has been a sometimes occurrence. They've likely been following up on previous, un-closed cases we worked, but a distinct pattern developed some years prior: one or another would be around, or one of their proxies or informers, and then I'd start catching hell or disdain from people for no reason, usually fellow employees.

     After a while, once I started cutting trees and firewood, I became unable to find employment elsewhere, except for 2 or 3 months at a time. When I called Hoener/Blackjack about it, he more or less owned up to manipulating things, telling me once that it was tree cutting for a living or nothing at all. So I did that for a number of years, finding temporary employment during the off season.

     Two company managers of factories I worked in previously told me that they'd been told that I was sent to work there for a short time, for purposes of under cover work, which was untrue in it's entirety, as no plans by me had ever been made like that after a certain point in time, though for a few years after leaving Colorado, Hoener and I did work such a plan. In 2008, after being unjustly fired from CMS, Huntington, Indiana [in the former majestic building], he owned up to orchestrating it, thinking to coerce me back into investigating. I told him no.

     In 2016, at Wal-Mart, I often had the keys to 'Sporting Goods' and 'Electronics', in order to get certain items for customers. After ten p.m., we couldn't open the gun cases, or else it would trigger an alarm and the cops would shortly visit, but those keys were also in the set. No problems ever occurred with me in that picture.

     One Sunday morning after the end of third shift, I went to sign the keys back in, per company policy. A manager had just stepped out from the office, and said to just hand him the keys and he'd take care of it. I protested but he insisted, so I did. I was then off work until Tuesday night. Monday or Tuesday I get a call from 'Personnel', that a set of keys were missing, the ones I'd had that weekend, and they wondered if I'd misplaced them or something. I told them who I had given them to, and later, they called again and said that the manager either denied I'd given them to him or didn't remember.

     So I called a different manager and told him/her, and he/she looked at videos, finding the clip which revealed that I had handed the keys to the other manager, and they then turned up, though not before locks were changed, per policy. Not long after that I quit, due to being railroaded for a couple of trivial things that I didn't do.

     All in all, this is a real life, repeated scenario which has rather often occurred, all roads leading to the F.B.I., sometimes state or local police, all because of dishonesty in the ranks. I uncovered nefarious events, protocols and programs that none of them wanted stopped, that is, they wanted to take over what the "underground" was doing, in order to gain more undue power for themselves, and have illegally retaliated.

     When I worked with Hoener during the nineties, we uncovered a number of informants and acting agents who were doing considerable manipulating of people and facts, making it look like it was others who were responsible for  thrown investigations. Not long ago, a Secret Service agent on the Glenn Beck show on WOWO Radio told about a similar circumstance, during which scores of people were in collusion and lied, causing a major diversion from reality.

     25. INEPT PROSECUTOR

     A few years ago, a man, Sam Cone, Roann, IN, and his wife were helping their daughter move from a boyfriend's home, Josh ______, Wabash, IN, due to conflicts of interest, as the boyfriend was involved in illegal drugs and other discrepancies of the law.

     Partway through moving, Josh showed up, Sam being inside. Sam's wife was outside, holding a grandchild, and Josh walked up to her and hit the wife in the chest, knocking her down, at which time the wife hollered for Sam. Having a permit to carry, Sam ran outside, with his handgun pointing into the air, and he tripped on a piece of sidewalk, falling down and accidently discharging the weapon, yet taking care to be sure that it shot into the air.

     By the time Sam regained his feet and ran to the front of the house, Josh was entering his pickup truck and left. Josh then made a false report, claiming that Sam had shot at him, and more than once. Sam was arrested and ended up in court, during which time Josh admitted that he had been under the influence of drugs, not really remembering everything clearly, but admitting that he had lied in the previous report.

     This incident was after a recent series of mishaps in an automobile, and setting fire to a house or apartment of a buddy with whom he was living. Initially, the prosecutor, Bill Hartley, had defended Josh over the incident with Sam, and once Josh conceded that he had lied, relented grudgingly, and then berated Josh verbally. During all that time, Josh had been working with the Wabash City Police Drug Task Force, under the direct supervision of Officer Matt Rebholz who, as far as I know, doesn't tolerate much wrongdoing by informants.

     Sam was finally exonerated, but had to spend a substantial amount of money in order to keep from being charged with a serious crime, funds for which he was, of course, never able to get back. Even then, he was on probation for a time.

     This is the Wabash County Justice System at work.

     26. MAFIA & MOB

     No division of Sleesecurity.com is a member, or associate, of, the mafia or the mob, though rumors have been to the contrary [there are two separate entities which names are used interchangeably: see http://www.differencebetween.com/difference-between-mob-and-vs-mafia/ and similar references using 'difference between mafia and mob'].

     Back in 1992, I went to drive for MWT, Indianapolis, IN, which was leased to Roadrunner Trucking, El Paso, TX and Albuquerque, NM, in January of that year. In/around June of '92, unknown to myself and others, the company switched hands. I quit driving for them in September of '92, having driven 134,000 miles that year for them, having chosen to work that hard, for the most part (I never kept a log book recap and didn't care to).

     After quitting and adding up miles, comparing it with pay, at the suggestion of someone I didn't know, who was likely an under cover investigator, I discovered that I had been shorted $5,000. So I went to talk to dispatch and personnel, who said I had to see the owner, who got angry and refused to make it right. He did say, however, that I might need a favor one day, which turned out to be true. I found out later that the new owner was a mafia or mob associate, later disbanding MWT (which was a great company to work for, though the new management drove us harder) and starting IWX.

     I was hounded a few times in 1992 by the U.S. Marshals who, for some reason, thought I needed protection. The only possible reason for that was knowledge I had of an old buddy of mine, Robert _______, Jr., being involved in some type of surreptitious and nefarious "undergound" group, having hauled illegal guns and drugs for a trucking company in Tennessee, being forced to due to circumstance. But at that point in time, I hadn't even told anyone about that operation, so a red flag goes up there.

     I botched a frame-up against the mob, by the F.B.I., in 1994, but have never joined them in any way. I did convey an outline to a mafia or mob leader, in 1998, of what I had been doing with the F.B.I., at the guy's request, noting that if still with the feds and ordered to do so, I'd do my part to get them arrested for crime, emphasizing that my agenda was primarily rooting out corruption in government, most of which never overlapped onto the mafia.

     Sometime after 2000, F.B.I. Special Agent Neil Hoener and/or "Blackjack" informed me that he, maybe with F.B.I. support, was going to implement the mafia for undermining the activity of the "underground". I didn't assent to the idea, but decided to watch and see how it went. As paradoxical as the situation was, the mafia was instrumental in remedying a lot of that problem, as that covert organization tends to extreme lawlessness and disorder, whereas the mafia operates in an orderly fashion, quite disciplined.

     Through circumstances and plays on words, some of the informers and F.B.I. people have conveyed the notion that I've been a mafia or mob member or associate, but that is not so. They often do that, hoping that the subject does intermingle with them, later doing some wangling and manipulation, using that person as a mole. When I did discover that tactic some years ago, I simply sent word to the mafia that such was being attempted, and that I would neither join them, or allow myself to be so used by the feds. Simply a matter of practical, mental well being.

     There is evidence to strongly suggest that a fair amount of interaction between some mafia elements and certain Wabash County civilians and officials [particularly a female investigator of the courts, of long standing] has been being conducted for a number of years. And those are where the problems usually begin, not so much with mafia "made" members. It's interesting to note that when associates and people on the mafia fringes get out of line, they are set straight by the actual mafia members.

     The ultimate paradox is that the mafia generally has high regard and respect for things and activities of a sacred nature, much more than do many of the government personnel, exemplified by other articles here. My synopsis is that the mafia, perhaps the mob as well, plays a major part in stemming the tide of tyranny by the government and it's civilian subsidiaries, even though they are a criminal organization.

     27. MISPLACED RELIGION

     For a good many years, decades actually, a move has been perpetuated by religious groups to legislate one or another religious beliefs upon others, thereby forcing it, a more passive manner of implementing what Constantine did around 326 A.D., and the protestants are no exception, being tied in extensively with law enforcement and other government entities, spying on people, intimidating them and attempting to brainwash them with false doctrines of one type or another. Wabash County is exceptionally notorious for that, including some of the public officials, who employ church members as regular informants and investigators, promoting a type of religious progressivism, or a progressive religionism, resulting in a religious dictatorship.

         28. CHURCH CORRUPTION

     There are some members of the Wabash Free Will Baptist Church, Erie St., Wabash, IN, back into or still into surreptitious activity, some of them previously having done so for one or another entities, one of those entities being the mafia, having had law enforcement ties prior to that [note that the mafia does not generally allow any of their members or associates to bother people for trivial or trumped up reasons, or anyone who is not bothering them much, and runs a pretty tight ship. They are snooping around Warsaw, IN currently (the Free Will Baptist church on the south side of Wabash do not engage in such activity, to the best of my knowledge). There are two members of the Roann First Brethren Church who are also associated with the mafia; actually one, as one currently died of some heart ailment, one not likely to be able to be orchestrated by a human. Most at that church simply live clean lives and do not bother anyone. The one who recently died had made threats to certain federally associated people and was key in largely disrupting a certain agent's life. He also tried to implement covert, detective-like activities into the church and cast down those who sincerely tried to follow the right, actual way. A parishioner from that Free Will Baptist Church, named Helen Sesco, an older, married woman, was caught during the nineties conspiring to commit murder on at least one federal agent, but was turned to informant instead of being charged, and still continued, and continues, to engage in criminal  or criminal-like mischief, undermining investigators/informants who disagree with her chosen denominational doctrine/personal interpretations, and has been in league with Wabash County Prosecutor's Detective Terri Weaver, in some manner. 03/20/2017.

     There is some quite undue correlation between several members of the Roann First Brethren Church, Roann, IN, and the Indiana State Police, and thus likely the C.I.A., and has been some with the F.B.I. and/or a retired F.B.I. special agent. Some there are also tied in with nefarious members of the Wabash Free Will Baptist Church on Erie St., Wabash, IN, and some defunct members of other churches.

     Some of what they do is to undermine honest investigators/informants/confidants, disrupt personal plans/activities, surreptitiously cost people employment and opportunity (which is a crime), demean and intimidate and falsely report.

     30. A month and a half ago, Wabash Co. Sheriff's Deputy Eric Ryggs responded to a complaint by a townsman that I was improperly disciplining one of my dogs. Before he arrived, I got a call from who must have been a dispatcher, stating the problem and that she was sending a deputy to talk to me. What is up to question is the phone number that I was called by, which is 260-274-2362. I haven't found that number listed with the sheriff's department, and typing it into the browser right now, on 11/10/2017, shows it to belong to Karen Pierson [https://neighbor.report/phone/1-260-274-23-62/]. Right after the situation, I checked the number online, and one site showed that there had been a number of complaints against it, for harassment/spam.  That number could have been recently assigned to Karen, having belonged to someone else during the time frame mentioned, or someone associated with Ryggs could have used it as a "piggyback" number. Some in-depth checking is required to know the details.

     Once establishing an online rapport with the alleged Rose Jessy, I started getting frequent calls from all sorts of out of state and overseas numbers which, upon returning the call, revealed that most were "dead" numbers. When I did answer one of those calls, there was usually no answer.  

     Incidentally, "Rose" told me of a cousin of hers, who has been accused of pulling at least one scam [https://shenikamann.scambook.com/report/view/309843/Shenika-Mann-Complaint-309843-for-$211.36], and is likely here in Indiana, working in conjunction with "Rose", who told me that her real name is Jessica Taylor(s), which may or may not be her actual name.  

      The complaint against Shenika may or may not be genuine. It could have been contrived, as often happens, the accuser actually being the culprit. Again, some in-depth checking is required in order to know the truth.

     Shenika's alleged address is 304 SE 26th Terrace, Gainesville, Florida, 32641. Her phone number is given as 978-315-0667. I called it some months ago, and a man with a hispanic/Mexican accent answered, which produced no intellible answers as to any relationship with "Rose".

     This past summer, I saw who may be "Rose", with a Hispanic woman, possibly Shenika, at the Wabash Walmart one rainy night, but didn't talk at length with them. The possible "Rose" I recognized, and believe her to be a long time associate of the Indiana State Police and/or the F.B.I., and I believe her to be a con of long standing.

     Incidentally, Terri Bishop, originally from Wabash, IN, has, according to public records seach, lived in Gesville, FLA. She was coerced to perform for the Indiana State Police in 1986.

     "Rose" told me in chat that her father is passed on, not sayiher mother is around, which makes me wonder if she isn't one of the women listed in this obituary:

     Note: "Rose" strongly alluded to being a former/current "U3", which is slang for a higher level and very specialized intelligence operative than even most C.I.A. ops, so anyone investigating this will want to do so with caution. One of their specialties is/can be assassination, and sometimes they go awry.
