CASE OUTLINE

THIS IS THE HIGHLIGHTS AND MAIN POINTS OF MY INVESTIGATIVE "CAREER". AS SHOWN, IT IS MOSTLY AS I SENT IT TO F.B.I. DIRECTOR JAMES COMEY [ALL NAMES WERE INCLUDED TO HIM].

MY BOOK, 'JONAH THE FEDERAL SLEUTH: DISCOVERING THE DARK SIDE OF THE BRIGHT SIDE..., PUBLISHED JANUARY 17TH, 2017, IS THE TRUE STORY WHICH COINCIDES WITH THIS OUTLINE, UP TO 1995, WHEN I RESIGNED FROM BEING A COMMISSIONED STREET AGENT.

Sent to Comey on or about Case Outline December 11, 2014-Had been reported to Colorado Springs F.B.I. in 1994

                                      CASE OUTLINE TO THE F.B.I.

                                                                                               1984/85

Was pressured by members of an unknown government entity to quit basic training and join them. I refused and related the problem to my drill sergeant.

1984, Fort Jackson, SC, basic army training. Was framed for a crime by someone placing two rounds of ammo into my ammo pouch, sometime between passing through the checkout point and being cleared, where authorized personnel checked each of us, and after I placed the gear into my locker. Was exonerated.

Fort Hood, Texas

Took part in an assassination of a civilian who was part of a group of people who were stealing military equipment and supplies and murdering soldiers and civilians to do so. This was overseen by the CIA. I was required to tell no one about this for twenty years, and then only if I had to, which I honored.

Took part in a sting by military personnel against two men who were prying for information on the AH-1A Cobra Attack Helicopter, offering $10,000.

I had been approached twice in basic training, once in AIT and a couple times at permanent post at Ft. Hood, about applying to West Point, due to my ASVAB scores. I declined each time, because I wasn't sure I wanted to make the army a career. I told my captain, at Ft. Hood, to let me think about it, and if I decided to stay in for additional hitches, I'd give it serious consideration. He, and the master sergeant, plainly told me, “either you will go to West Point or we'll make your life miserable”.

Became a victim of abuse of authority by my army captain, on several occasions. Was extensive enough that I could have had him court martialed, but wouldn't. My fellow soldiers were angry at me for not doing so.

1990/91

In 1991, learned of an illegal gun/drug running operation, using trucks out of a company in Harrogate, TN. Some loads were reportedly unloaded in Wabash County. The driver who told me said he was forced to. Owner reportedly now dead, having died of a heart attack, and had reformed prior to that.

The driver said that the owner had hired assassins at his disposal, who he was introduced to as a threat.

I was going to go drive for the guy, at the driver's bidding, to go check it out, but backed out. The owner sent men to apprehend both me, and the driver who had informed me, but failed.

The driver said he had reported the owner, his then boss, to the Tennessee or Kentucky State Police, but they simply confided in the owner, after which the boss chewed him out and "introduced" him to the assassins.

When, about four years later, that driver's wife left him, he was going to plant cocaine in her boyfriend's pickup truck, saying that two cops told him that they would take care of the rest. The driver attempted to obtain a master key from a mutual friend of ours who worked at a dealership auto body shop, through me, and I gave him some keys purported to be master keys, which were far outdated.

Verified a drug dealing ring at a factory in Wabash to Wabash City Police, in order to help a fellow worker out of a bind. She was being threatened and intimidated by people in the ring to deal drugs for them. To the best of my knowledge no arrests were made, but culprits were apprehended and stopped, likely going to work for the cops.

1991/92

Left factory to start driving truck OTR.

`Was followed down to southern states on a few occasions by people from in/around Wabash, IN: a woman who worked for a lawyer in Wabash; some workers from GenCorp. On that occasion my shifter rod fell off of the transmission just as I was taking off from a convenience store. The bunch from Gencorp drove past me as I was working on it and yelled curses at me.

Bought a radar detector from an individual from Wabash, IN. Wabash City cops and a worker from GenCorp tried to frame her for it being a stolen item, but a friend, in concert with a Wabash County Sheriff's Deputy, and I thwarted that, because it was not stolen, which we proved when I originally called it in when out on the road, providing a phony serial number, which the cop verified as the stolen detector.

Was harassed one night by people in a pickup truck, possibly belonging to a now missing person [since the nineties]. Two females later stayed at my home for a short time, and looked after things while I was out on the road. They were later arrested for theft and such. At least one of them was in the mysterious pickup truck just mentioned, which was used to harass me at some point a couple of months before those females moved in with me.

Picked up two hitchhikers in Texas in summer 1992. They were from Wabash, IN. They were acting strangely, so I dropped them off in Oklahoma at a church and called the police from a truck stop, who dealt with it. While riding around with me in the truck, the older woman, near my age, admitted that she was involved with the police.

Picked up a sixteen year old female in Texas, whose friends had stranded her, and returned her to their place in Austin, TX [she came into play in 1994, during which year I was close to being implicated/charged with a crime which I did not commit and which didn't likely even happen].

Moved to spring '92. A friend moved in for a while; he wanted me to let him and his brother store drugs there; later wanted to start a brothel. I refused both requests. He moved out a while later, because, according to him, he always felt like he was being watched while there, which he was, as was I.

Had an altercation with three partiers who were used to sitting near my house and partying, when it sat empty beforehand. One resembled and sounded like a fellow soldier who I was in AIT with.

a) A day or two later, a female, around 25 years old, stopped at my house and asked my name. She was an informant or something from Miami County or the ISP. When I told her my name, she started crying, and implied that somebody had something planned for me, apparently not in a good way. She then left without providing details.

Had a verbal altercation with a man from Ohio who had planted pot plants behind my home. I had called the ISP, and they searched, finding nothing, because they looked to the south of the house, instead of the north, like I had emphasized. I ended up plucking the plants up.

Had an altercation summer '92 with some people in a helicopter, exchanging gunfire with them.

There were two armed men on the ground, with whom I talked, who also took a shot at the helicopter. I believe they were government men.

Experienced a night ambush on August 28, 1992, beginning at around 11:38 p.m. That was the last day of my U.S. Army inactive reserve status, giving the military at least some jurisdiction in the matter, with whom F.B.I. SpecialAgent Neil Hoener conferred.

There were 4-7 people there, and it was stated by them that they were there to kill me. Attempts at talking my way out were futile. After being fired upon, I returned fire and ran deeper into the woods, to the south of my home, firing point blank at someone who suddenly appeared in the brush, her path intersecting mine. Farther in, there were two men waiting, whom I bluffed and ran past, with the others in pursuit.

After evading the killers and hiding, I surprised a man, who was looking for both them and me; he was a good guy, and I told him what happened and he left; following his instructions I took a nap and got back to my home about dawn on the 29th. I called the ISP and told them to come take a report, figuring they already were aware, but they started laughing. I slept for a day or so, and two friends stopped out to check on me. I told them what happened. _____ searched across the road and said it appeared something had happened.

October '92, out hunting near my Macy home, the flashlight went out. On way home, some people in the distance were shouting for me, asking if I was okay. I responded I was. At corner of woods, I shot at what sounded like a wild animal, behind a log. Unsure what it was.

Woke up one night, several armed men in my room. They wanted to know who I had told of the illegal gun/drug running operation out of Tennessee. I had told one person but lied to the culprits. They finally left.

Had quit MWT spring '92, drove for Wabash Valley Transportation, Remington, IN for about 3 weeks. Made a report to ISP about some drug activity. When I went back to drive for MWT, the state cop called me and was indignant I had quit driving for Wabash Valley Transportation, and tried to recruit me via coercion.

Summer '92, started reading a private investigation manual. A couple of my friends found out I was considering changing to that career; they weren't happy about it, and made some disgruntled remarks; both had been involved in drug dealing for years. Both had also been associated with cops.

Quit driving truck for MWT in September '92. After going through logs, discovered a shortage in pay of $5,000.00. Went to the owner, who more or less threatened me. He was a mob associate, who had bought the company earlier in the summer. He later started IWX.

One night that summer, I received a phone call from someone purporting to be President George H.W. Bush. The two key elements were: I figured I was the last person on earth a high official would call, and; I wasn't very moral then: I cussed the guy out, badly, assuming it was a crank call. It was after this that the deadly incidents started occurring.

I later wrote a letter to Bush, telling him about the incident and apologizing if it had been him, in case it was. Found out later from the FBI (1994) that it had been.

Was spied on during the winter of '91-92, who attended/attend Wabash Freewill Baptist Church on Erie St., Wabash, IN, after starting to drive for MWT by family from Urbana, for unknown reason. Talked with them once at Hoosier Point Truck Stop, unable to determine what the problem was. They reported me to one of the police departments for an unknown reason.

N. U.S. Marshals were pressuring me to go into the witness protection program, and at that time, I had not contacted anybody from law enforcement over anything. [i.e., bank statements with 'Todd Sle'; then Chevy pickups of the model SLE driving around in my view; hints at times from people, and one direct offer, which I didn't take kindly]

O. August 1992, at the '76 Truck Stop' in Reno, NV, a driver for Burlington Motor Express was there at the same time, getting fuel, who could've passed for me with someone who didn't know me well, not a twin, who I had never seen before to my knowledge, and called me by name. I just left, being disturbed by it. He showed up later in Wabash County, Indiana. I later had reason to believe that Melessa _____ and associates used him to impersonate me. I seen him with her and/or some of her associates at times, beginning in 1994 .

Oi. In the mid nineties, several people asked me if I had been at such and such a place, at a given time, which I hadn't. Someone was impersonating me.

P. On a summer run to the west coast for ZMT, ran with a driver with England Trucking. He had a female with him who may have been ______ girlfriend _____, from a truck stop in Iowa.

Q. Not long after consulting with FBI in 1994, someone approached me and offered me, on behalf of whoever he was with, a six figure dollar amount to walk away from investigating. Twice out there I was offered and twice I declined. The FBI verified who it was later but wouldn't tell me who.

Late 1992/93

Started driving for Gangloff & Downham Oct. '92.

a. During a trip to West Virginia, was excessively badmouthing President Clinton on the c.b. Someone was trying to locate who it was with radio equipment, likely government. After unloading the next day, waiting for reload next day, in Winchester, got involved in a bar fight with a man who was either Secret Service or U.S. Marshall. Nothing known came of it. A woman at the bar may have been an informant or investigator from the Peru, IN area.

a. quit driving for G & D shortly after.

Went to Loveland, CO December '92 for 3 weeks. Did some sleuthing for Loveland City Police Detective ______ Roberts. Some informants from the Wabash, IN area were there. Returned to Indiana.

a. Worked at a telephone book bindery while in Colorado. Informants from Indiana were there, including Melessa _______. She/other informants caused dissension between myself and fellow workers.

Worked at Eagle Picher, Huntington, IN for 3-4 months. Was unjustly fired.

a. My supervisor Tony ______ tried to keep me on but failed.

aa. Had a private detective conduct an inquiry as to my firing. His conclusion was that it was unjust.

b. I had worked with Huntington City Police Detective Greg Hedrick trying to sting a fellow worker for drug dealing but failed to make any buys. FBI agents stationed at Huntington may have been meddling. Discovered a stolen car parts and gun dealing scheme. A substantial number of workers were involved, including a female supervisor. They found out I had reported them and I got railroaded. After reporting that to Colorado Springs, CO FBI Special Agent Neil Hoener the following year, the subsequent investigation resulted in the plant being shut down by the FBI.

I was followed around and surveilled during '93 by the FBI stationed at Huntington, for unknown reason. At a certain point in time, people at work became estranged from me [typical FBI protocol]

A man who worked at Eagle Picher, who had some army special forces knowledge, may be one of the same ones who tried to get me to quit basic training in 1984 and join them.

Did some sleuthing for Wabash City Police Detective Jeff Whitmer for a month or two, attempting to garner hours toward a p.i. License. Was initially given a C.I. Number, but it was recalled after a few days or a week.

Attempted to sting ______ ______ for dealing pot, failed; he had been tipped off by police or informants.

Backed out of stinging _____ _______, a long time friend, for pot dealing.

Diii. Was sent to ____ _____ to check him out, didn't think he was dealing drugs to speak of. I was later blamed for his bust, though I had nothing in it. He had mentioned a female named Virginia _____, Urbana, IN, of being an informant or something.

Diiii. Finally sensed police/informant corruption; disgruntled, I quit sleuthing for Jeff (corruption was not with him). The long time friend had pulled a gun on me while out on River Road, having found or strongly suspecting out I was sleuthing or informing. Another time, out hunting a different area, we “found” a grave-like hole, recently dug, about a foot and a half deep. He had wanted to hunt that area, knew beforehand about the hole, and wanted me to see it.

E. Met Melessa ________ at Friarmood Tire, winter of '92-93; dated her once or twice. It was an arranged thing by Wabash City Police.

Returned to Colorado June '93. Worked in the Ft. Collins/Longmont area. Stayed 4 months, returned to Indiana.

a. Worked at several different factories through temp agencies in Colorado.

b. One place out there I worked had a bar near it. The second time I went there, a blonde female was there, who seemed to be acquainted with people there, and who appeared to take an interest in me, though not for good. I believe it to be the same one who later I met at Video Unlimited, N. Cass St., Wabash, IN.

A worker at the place I worked near the bar was under the influence of alcohol at times. She caused me some minor problems; we had words once or twice. I seemed to recall reporting her to the supervisor, with whom I didn't get along. [This female comes into play in 1994].

Worked at a factory in Ft. Wayne for a short time. Was harassed in a sensually suggestive manner by a female who was there, an informant, with an ankle bracelet. She played a major role in informant activities for years, in/around Wabash County, often harassing me and throwing cases [this was in 1996].

b. Pulled over for speeding on SR 114 south of Roanoke by ISP Donald Stoffel. I informed him I had a pistol in the glove box. He confiscated it, because I had no permit. No arrest. He returned it to me several years ago, to my home.

Had checked with the Indianapolis FBI and U.S. Marshalls about Melessa _____ harassing me and undermining cases; they thought it was funny and laughed about it.

A. Reason to believe, later verified by the FBI, that Melessa and others were switching places with people who looked similar, and could pass as the actual person, which they would do when about to be questioned by an investigator, in order to not have to lie yet escape the first stages of prosecution (the family from the Baptist church were looking into a 'find your twin program' during the eighties. There is an organization which does so and has annual get togethers.

B. Melessa Boggs dated ___ ________ for a few years, during/after high school. Talking with him indicated that she was involved in some strange things even at that time.

Late 1993/Early 1994

Started sleuthing for Wabash County Sheriff Tim Roberts, who put me onto checking some informants out, Winter '93-94.

a. Spent time at a bar in Peru; hotspot for informants and criminals; discovered complicity between informants and criminals, but not so major; was led to more serious complicities.

b. Thwarting attempts at nailing drug dealers seemed to be the main agenda of many of the culprits. Many were aware of what I was doing; they were unaware that part of my agenda was to find the people responsible for things which had happened in 1992. There was a major "underground" group undermining law enforcement, which overlapped into informant networks and other walks of life.

c. I discovered that informants were using a form of verbal cryptography with which to communicate.

ci. Key elements of the communication means was certain keywords and phrases, mixed in with normal conversation and inuendos.

Cii. The verbal cryptography system was designed so that unless one had knowledge of goings on in the informant/criminal networks, you wouldn't be able to understand what the keywords meant.

Ciii. The communications system had a major flaw: anyone in the chain of communication could change a phrase or keyword, and cause confusion and misdirection.

D. I had, in one of my statements to Roberts, realizing the seriousness of the matters, told him that no matter what it took, I would pursue the matter. Later on, someone took advantage of it, going beyond the bounds of ethics, morals and even the law, and violated my constitutional and civil rights by manipulating others and causing me to have to continue sleuthing, then obtaining the information I relayed to law enforcement.

Di. Some years later, I talked to Roberts, who became a judge, and informed him that someone was taking advantage of me, emphasizing that when I had written that statement, I assumed that things would be kept in their proper perspective and within the bounds of ethics, morality and law.

A key player in the informant networks was Melessa _____, who had ties with Wabash and City Police, Indiana State Police, CIA, U.S. Marshalls and the mob.

After I figured her out, I confronted her and she said she needed help getting out of what she was involved in. It was a ploy, as I caught her trying to frame me, and once she tried to get someone to have me either killed or put in a protection program. She also was using a “dead” social security number and was covered up for by police and the CIA.

Either Melessa or a mentor was always tailing me and hindering my investigating and many other stunts. Her name was Gloria. They were always, after figuring out what I was doing, sending inuendos to me via other people, hinting of harm or death.

One characteristic of Melessa's method of harassment was she'd get various people to take part in the cryptographic form of communication, and many messages were intimidating, such as 'cement shoes', 'deep pond', etc. Other times they'd repeat keyword/phrases from reports I had made to police.

I discovered that there were huge overlaps between the informant networks and the criminal networks. It was one big criminal manipulating, and it's main thesis was something like the “underground railroad” during the civil war, with name changes, people switching places and everyone covering up for other criminals.

I discovered that via the verbal cryptography, an unwitting person could be led to go somewhere, and easily be kidnapped or murdered.

Eventually, via the communication system, whoever was in charge, I presumed Melessa, who's father and brothers were also involved, wanted me to write a letter about it all. So I wrote a letter, describing keywords, phrases and such, and delivered it to her. Parts of the letter were changed, to reflect some sensually bizarre things, rather criminal, that had been being communicated, and she took me to court, but I won the case. I was playing the part of a deviate, and almost went too far in what I wrote. I was asked, at one point in time, to be third in charge of the network of those informants, but declined. [The FBI and CIA later infiltrated the criminal rings and deciphered the verbal cryptography.] In consequence, my pistol carry permit was revoked. A few years after arriving back in Indiana in 1995, probably in 1998, the ISP called me and said all I had to do was to apply and get it back. I never did until 2014; It was denied, but an appeal hearing was scheduled, which I didn't make it to; they sent me a letter, saying I could apply again, which I haven't yet done as of 12/16/2014.

There was a restraining order put against me by Melessa _____; several times after that she had me harassed by people with whom she was associated, attempting to cause me to break the restraining order. The police dealt with it, at least partially, after I reported it.

The local network extended at least as far as Silver Lake, where a farmer was involved in some of it. He had a friend who may have been a hired gun, who implied a death threat to me once.

Another key characteristic of the informant/criminal network was that after you made a report on one of them or someone they were associated with, they'd be passing you on the highway, going the opposite way, harassing you from their vehicles. Native Americans sometimes did that to the U.S. Cavalry, passing them within arm's reach but doing no more than touching them, in order to freak them out.

One theme of the "underground" was that they implied, sometimes said, that they had a survivalist type of training program, to get people toughened up, basically, and that it was out west. Subsequent investigation by the FBI turned up no such facilities. However, it has been since determined that their “training” program takes place where ever a person is, and really just comprises a series of what amounts to violations of the person's civil and constitutional rights, and transgressions against ethics and morals. It consists of deprivations and created situations whereby a person has no choice but to become tougher and more resourceful. Some churches used to send “errant” people to some such thing, years ago. Those people are really no more than a loose-knit group of anti-government anarchists, nothing like they used to be.

Learned that some of these people had invested, reportedly $1,000, in order to supposedly aid police in combatting crime. A documentary showing a program of this nature in Arizona was aired a few years. However, that local program was only based on it in theory, and was used simply to sucker people out of money.

One person I distinctly remember being involved at the start of being harassed by people in vehicles is the eldest daughter of a couple in Roann, IN. She is now married and living in another state. I think she quit once she figured out that what they were doing is corrupt.

Some years later, Hoener conficed in me that he was going to invest in that program in order to check it out. I had his home phone number and they were having a party for him that evening as we talked. While talking, he said several times he couldn't hear me, until I shouted into the phone.

There was also some possible prostitution going on within the informant networks and a fencing operation.

After gathering much information and presenting it to Sheriff Roberts, he checked it out, and tried to get something done, but finally told me that he was unable to do anything much about it. The whole thing went awry.

Summer of '94, I was told by an informant, at his police handler's bidding, that I was soon to be charged with a rape. I didn't even know the victim, but arranged a meeting, and talked to the alleged victim and her fiance. She said that she was being forced to implicate me, that is, to lie. I told them I'd see what I could do. It was the girl I'd taken to her friend's place in Austin, TX. There had been no interaction of an intimate nature between her and I. However, her and a man who later served as security guard at Hays Lemmertz, followed me the day after, and happened to see me throw the remnants of a late night encounter out the window and picked it up. Thank God for DNA testing via the F.B.I.

ISP Trooper ___ _______ said I should go west; not long after I went to Colorado and stayed with a friend in Colorado Springs.

I was watched the whole way there, and part way, I met a chief of police with ties to the U.S. Marshalls. I declined an offer of protection.

Mid 1994 to Early 1995 in CO

12.After arriving in Colorado, I consulted with the Colorado State Police, who recommended I go to the FBI, which I did.

A. I met with Neil Hoener's proxy, and reported everything. In the meantime I started doing sleuth work. The false rape charge was taken care of within 2-3 months, and I stayed on with the FBI, being commissioned as an acting street agent.

B. The U.S. Department of State contacted me, via the FBI; they reprimanded me for running, but congratulated me on a job well done.

I escaped being the subject of a hit and, after the FBI investigated, determined that it was the F.B.I., at the bidding of a high government official. It was mainly because during the course of my undercover work, I didn't use a false name and I badly badmouthed the government, as part of my cover.

I talked to the official after the FBI talked to him, and he said he wouldn't try again.

I discovered a clever way in which assassinations are set up, and presented an outline of the method to the FBI. We did a live setup so they could verify it, successfully.E. We busted an illegal gun running operation.

F. I thwarted an attempt by the FBI to conduct an unconstitutional sting against a militia group, at the request of several fully commissioned FBI agents. I later outlined a plan to do the same thing, except constitutionally. Four months later they conducted a successful sting. None of the militia members got very much time, and they gained several months during which to get their ducks in a row.

G. Hoener showed me a picture of the woman I had worked with at Longmont. Apparently she had been murdered sometime after I left the state. I may have been a suspect due to circumstantial evidence, or circumstances. He also showed me a picture of who resembled ______ _______, __, one of the FBI's, I think, to see if I knew him.

H. Lived with an Air Force soldier for awhile, who may have been an assassin. His roommate was in army intelligence.

Lived with another Air Force man, his wife and two kids. She was also later around the Wabash County area, sleuthing or something. When first meeting them, there were 2 or 3 people there, one of which I believe is a Wabash County official.

J. I thwarted attempts by the FBI to frame the Native Americans, and another time the mob, for running the illicit informant network; neither had anything to do with it. This was after the FBI had figured it out, but couldn't find the leaders. They just wanted to nail someone.

K. The FBI higher ups [above the field office] finally said that nothing was going to be done about it, giving some lame excuse. In reality, they started implementing the same practices for their agency, eventually employing some of the main culprits.

I had reported my supervisor, Neil Hoener, to the President of the U.S., because it seemed he had some undue affinity with the mob. He found out I had reported him, wasn't too angry, and later made a job offer of employment with the FBI, which I respectfully declined.

The U.S. State Department bestowed authority upon me twice, and had me do a few things for them, so that they could see for themselves some discrepancies that were going on.

N. The FBI, via Neil Hoener, loaned me to the CIA once, to help them stop two males who were breaking into old people's homes, robbing them, beating them, raping them and murdering them. They were too slick to have been able to have taken to court, as evidence against them was apparently not legally admissable in court. Sometime during 2014, I began to suspect that a certain female informant in Wabash County, who has a vast network of contacts, had found out about that and the assassination mission I'd partook of while in the army, and other operations, and was trying to put me into a position to where I had to be subservient to her, in order that she could force me to become an assassin against certain people, though all I did for the CIA was to meet those two rapists/murderers, at two separate times, and tell them they were to meet a certain person at a certain place and time.

O. When with the FBI in Colorado Springs, CO, I didn't often talk to the actual Neil Hoener very often (as far as I was told); it was a proxy with whom I conferred most of the time, who used the same name, several others also using his name.

P. When I mentioned __ and Melessa _____ to Hoener, he said he had heard of them, from when he was stationed at Indianapolis, IN in the eighties. Both do/used to do a considerable amount of sleuthing, often using corrupt tactics.

Q. Refused to take an oath of secrecy to FBI, on grounds that if things went wrong, I'd be unable to do anything about the situation. They agreed and I was never administered an oath of any kind, nor did I ever sign a statement of confidentiality.

R. Hoener had at least two proxies: one was CIA and one was U.S. Marshall; I conferred mostly with the one who was CIA.

S. Was never on a payroll; I worked jobs through temp agencies. There was a possibility I'd get paid, being contingent on successful conclusion of cases. To date, that has never happened; I have never been paid a dime; I've enquired 2 times of Hoener about getting paid, but according to him it was not possible.

Si. There were rumors I had been paid; Hoener did two checks with the Department of the Treasury; no checks had ever been issued in my name as of 2007 or before.

T. While in Colorado I discovered an address and a VIN in my name; a nationwide check by Hoener discovered only one other person with my name, from Pennsylvania and still a child at that time.

Ti. I don't recall if I ever turned that document's copy in to Hoener or anyone else. I still have the original.

Tii. State police and informants from Wabash County region arrived in Colorado to look for me; they were upset that I had went to Colorado Springs and not somewhere else. ISP ___ ________, Wabash Co. Deputy ___ ________, ____ _____ and a few others were out there. A man who I believe was ______ _______ from Wabash, was at a place I worked, to check on me. We talked for several moments and I told him things were ok.
U. After being a commissioned, acting FBI street agent for a time, the status was revoked, because I uncovered some things that upper agents didn't want even fully commissioned agents to know about.

Ui. In lieu of an FBI agent, Hoener commissioned me as a federal peace officer. After a short time, that status was revoked and I was again made an acting FBI street agent.

Uii. Hoener told me that once you have been an FBI agent, either full or acting, you technically always are. My authority was limited; I had no arresting authority and since I already knew how to investigate, was given no investigative authority.

While in Colorado, I went into the mountains frequently. During one excursion, someone attempted to shoot me while near the top of a mountain, presumably from an adjoining mountain; I told no one, yet Hoener asked me about it.

After having evidence enough to suspect Hoener and/or proxy of trying to have me killed, I reported the matter to the U.S. State Department and requested permission to pull something on Hoener; request was granted and I conferred with some CIA people or some agency; I had them to let Honer know that he could also be killed, without harming anyone: I think they had a couple of operative gain covert entry into his home, and confront him either while at home or when he got home.

W. Uncovered enough evidence to strongly suggest that personnel from the United States Marshall Witness Protection Program were purposely endangering people who were whistleblowers or just knew too much about govt. corruption, and coercing or forcing them to be placed in the program. Hoener/FBI later had this checked out, via undercover work, by CIA operatives, who verified it. I also was in contact with U.S. Marshall _____ _____, then in charge of the program at Indianapolis, IN, who tried to get some issues resolved, stating that they did have some personnel who were corrupt or otherwise doing some bizarre things.

My duty with the FBI was honest, fair and impartial. I did have a few moral shortcomings, one of which was drinking too much, another was excessive swearing. I finally cut back on drinking when sleuthing. The FBI did a test once or twice, to determine the accuracy of my reporting, which I passed well, even after having drank 6 beers over a period of an hour and a half or so. I also quit swearing on reports.

Due to swearing in reports, the FBI had at least some of my reports re-written. After reviewing them, I disapproved them, because many of the original meanings had been lost or altered.

During I think it was '94/95, I learned from the FBI or CIA that due to a mistaken identity, I had been consigned to work for the government. They thought I had done something that someone else had done, or something to that effect. By then I was too engrained to just quit. I also had wanted to make up for getting out of the military early and having a less than illustrious hitch.
Early 1995 in Colorado

Quit the FBI in/around April 1995. Told Hoener that I no longer had any interest of pursuing investigating and just wanted to live a normal life. He wished me well, but was disappointed at my decision. Howbeit, once returning to Indiana, I had no choice but to continue sleuthing for a number of years, due to circumstances, and maintained contact with Hoener until around 2004-06.
A. I started seeing signs of a hit planned for me in March '95, some of whom participating may have been FBI, so I returned to Indiana without notifying anyone.

1995 in Indiana

B. Contacted Hoener after being back in Indiana for around 3 weeks. In the meantime they had put an APB out on me. He later said it was the F.B.I. who had been setting me up for a hit. I was guarded at the bus station in Colorado and escorted all the way back by some mobsters, either then current or former. Somehow they'd found out I was going back east and was in danger of being hit by the feds. It was likely a favor for Hoener and I getting two mobsters sprung from prison for crimes they didn't commit.
Started driving for a coast to coast trucking company, in April '95..

A. Was second seat driver between 5-6 drivers; was with a different one each run, going through the sequence, then starting over, not always in the same order.

B. Was harassed while on the road and tailed, at times, by who I believe was Melessa _____ and a female from Wabash named Michelle, reportedly being divorced from a police officer. I believe, from comments from _____, the personnel director, and a couple of drivers, that Melessa and Michelle tried to cost me my job.

On one run with ____ ___________, he changed his attitude and started being intimidating and threatening. He said he ought to scalp me and send me to some “people”. I believe those “people” were a group of survivalist type of “constitutionalists”, which I mentioned earlier.

A. After putting up with his belligerence for a while, and after we stopped at a truck stop, he went in and I hid; I was going to knock him out with a wooden tire checker and go back to the terminal, but he seen me and avoided it. I stayed there and called dispatch; I got a ride with another driver, an older man who was friends with a federal D.O.T. Officer.

D. While second seat with ___ _______, he related to me that he was part of a group who obtained weapons such as hand grenades and L.A.W.s.

Di. All of the aforementioned things I always reported to Hoener, as they occurred, within a few days to a week; Both men just mentioned seemed to have been stood on by the FBI pretty quickly, but no arrests. [I later saw ____ on a country road in Miami county, something like a year later. I stopped for a moment and asked him how he was doing; he said okay and just smiled, reaching into the passenger seat for something; I had no weapon with me and immediately left, not knowing what he was up to but suspecting that he was there to harm or kill me.
E. Also drove some with an older man named Mike, who had ties with someone in law enforcement, possibly U.S. Marshalls.

F. After being back in Indiana for around 6 months, I observed that unknown people were scoping me out. I believed them to be connected with Hoener, knowing how he and his informants operate. I confided in ______ ______, telling her I had been with the FBI in Colorado, and that it appeared I was being monitored for wrong reasons. I also confided in a couple other people. I told them to keep it quiet, unless they saw a real need to tell someone. Not long after the sinister appearing people disappeared.

Fi. Since then, I believe ______ to have gotten involved in sleuthing and/or informant work.

G. Contacted the Ft. Wayne FBI, talked to Jon ______?, about the lack of case closure and the covertly menacing activities. He seemed eager to take care of things. Shortly after determining some real discrepancies, he told me there was nothing he could do, and that he was being forced to retire. Steve Kell took his place.

Gi. I reported things to ____, who started checking things. ____ told me he had found some things, but that I had to follow F.B.I. “by-laws”, or they could do nothing, upon which I informed him that I wasn't about to be under their control, and that as an experienced investigator, they could take care of things other-wise, and that I would work with them as a fellow investigator, if need be. This was sometime during 1995-1998.

H. ____ didn't seem to be working things right, as I suspected him of having me harassed. He got angry when I suggested such, so I reported him to Hoener, who had a word with him, and reprimanded him.

Hi. I had an appointment to meet with Agent ____ once, and called him when within a few minutes of the FT. Wayne office. He suddenly had to go somewhere and couldn't meet me. I left a packet of info with the doorkeeper, but he didn't give it to them. I think the F.B.I. later obtained the right packet. The doorkeeper was a man who worked Wabash County sleuthing, resembling ______ ______, a jailor who was in cahoots with Ed _____.

Hii. I felt it important to meet Agent ____, so I could identify him, because sometimes the uppers in the Bureau, when learning of an agent investigating corruption, would displace the agent and install a proxy. Wasn't too sure they wouldn't have one killed. Hoener almost got killed by some of his own at one point in time, according to what he told me. Because I would never take an oath, he was careful about what he told me, sometimes telling me things through hints, suggestions and innuendos, so he wouldn't be in violation.

Starting probably in '95, people, little by little, started being estranged/alienated from me, which is something that had occurred before to some extent, which the FBI verified. Whoever it was, they'd even pick on someone I just stopped on the street to ask the time. That has been going on ever since.

J. In 1995?, I met a female who said she was Terri Weaver, the Wabash County Prosecutor's chief investigator, but it was someone else. She may have been a part of the corruption in the county. She sometimes popped up here and there for a number of years.

K. We didn't concentrate on drug stings, but I used it as a lever on people, via the FBI, to get people who were involved in illicit informant network to talk.

Ki. Howbeit, at one point in time, the FBI could have cleaned the streets of Wabash County of several hundred thousand dollars worth of illegal drugs, but, according to the FBI, Wabash County/ISP police wouldn't give up certain informants.

1996

Not Much.

1997/98

Drove a truck for ___, out of Wisconsin, pulling a flatbed. Was bilked out of money for some loads.

Met Kay ________, from rural Peru, IN, through ____ ____. Moved in with her, her daughter and son in late December '97 or early 1998.

A. Learned that Kay had some mob ties, through her ex-husband. She apparently had some past experience with the CIA, which agency she hated.

B. Had some strange phone calls on a couple of occasions; it was from the Indiana State Police Alliance.

C. One day when Kay came home from work, it wasn't her, but rather a proxy. Her kids didn't know who it was. I told her that she needed to leave and that Kay had better be back. She was back the same day.

D. By and by it began to take shape that Kay was involved in some kind of activity involving either a covert government agency, a secret society, or the mob.

Di. The FBI denies things such as secret societies, though they have to know, such as they try to deny disguise methods, which they know about and use; to date, there are hundreds of secret societies, some dating from a few hundred years ago, some good, some bad.

E. One night Kay left for a while, and after we had all went to bed, a vehicle came home, a van, she came in, got into bed, and I assumed it was Kay. While we were in bed, her van came home, and whoever it was jumped out of bed and went to the back, to Kay's daughter's room, a 16 year old built just like Kay, and apparently climbed out the window and left. I told this to Kay as soon as she came inside, not for sure who it had been. I reported this to FBI Agent Steve Kell within a couple of days. This was a matter of particular concern, because Kay had told me that she wanted her daughter to know a male once she reached the age of sixteen, and some other things were not on the up and up, obviously.

F. Kay and her kids were always arguing and yelling, threatening each other. I finally threatened the kids, after they threatened to harm Kay, and I had to move out, about the third or fourth month there.

G. Had upper respiratory infection, probably getting it from Kay, who had it. We went to the doctor once together.

Started driving for ___ again. Learned through ___ _______, another driver and a friend, that an office worker, Jeanie, was into cocaine. Reported the matter to Hoener, suspecting that it may have been her who was shorting me on pay.

A. Dried up a source of pot of ___ _______ in Wisconsin, via the FBI. He found out, but I made up an excuse, persuading him that it was helping him avoid trouble. We had been friends since high school.

B. Early summer '97, a belt on the truck engine broke in a northern Indiana city. Two mechanics came to fix it, and put me out of the truck, stranding me. I called my parents and they came to pick me up. One of the mechanics was nicknamed Yoyo.

C. One time, ___ _______ and I went through the toll booths in Chicago together. He went through one which was operated by a younger blonde female, who lifted up her shirt at Jon. She later was seen in/around Wabash County informing for someone.

1998

Went to work for ___ ____________, July 1998, welding farm equipment parts together.

A. Partied with a worker some, ___ ______. Learned he was into cocaine; reported it to then ISP Detective Bob ____ after ___, the supervisor, started bullying some of us, since threatening him with a knife didn't work. A short while later, he started avoiding me and we had a few problems. I believe confidentiality was not kept.

B. Started going to Video Unlimited on Cass St., Wabash, IN, to rent videos. Met Anna _____, Wabash, IN. She was not the real Anna _____, but was using the name. Went there once and both her and the actual Anna _____ were there.

C. Talked with Anna every time I was there, which was usually 2-3 times per week. At a point in time, she mentioned about when I had picked a blonde up and took her to Austin, TX, but wouldn't tell me anything more. I reported the matter to Hoener, sensing something amiss, because she shouldn't have known about it.

Ci. Not long after, I noticed shady looking people scoping the store out. Believed them to be associated with Hoener. Contacted April ______, U.S. Marshall Witness Protection Program, Indianapolis, IN, requesting the blonde be watched for her safety. Not long after she diappeared for 3 weeks. Right after she disappeared, I contacted Bob ____ and let him know what was going on, and he got her put back.

D. After “Anna” came back, I went to the store one time and a brunette female was there, who I believe was an associate of Kay ________, Peru, IN, and who I believe worked with/for the ISP.

E. After that, “Anna” started spying on me some. I mentioned it to my boss at work, and learned that he had a 21 year old blonde-haired daughter from a previous marriage, which may have been the female from the video store.

F. After that I started reporting some criminal activity to Bob ____, concerning information leaks, because he denied having had violated confidentiality. But every time I'd make a report, informants, initially the brunette I had seen at the video store, would try to harass me from their vehicles. At one time, in 1994/95, Neil Hoener said that that was standard protocol. In reality it is harassment, intimidation and a security breach for the informants/investigators.

G. Learned from two co-workers, ______ and ____ _________, that _____ girlfriend's brother dealt in drugs, and had given ____ some guns to hide for him. After reporting that to either Hoener or Bob, that guy harassed me as well. They had a big time information leak or corrupt protocols. By this time, I was so involved in uncovering corruption that I had to continue. I usually used activity generated from reports I made to make certain intelligence-type of determinations, which the F.B.I. usually considered valid. Due to non-closure of cases while with the F.B.I., a lot of flack kept coming, so I had to keep on.

H. At a certain point in time, I called Bob ____ on being harassed after I made reports; he more or less owned up to knowing about it and tried to stop it, or said he would. It did stop for awhile. He was likely being undermined.

I. Sometime from '98 to 2002, I called Bob ____, but he gone to some school. The police said he had been sent to my school. I didn't say anything, but I never had any “school” for investigating.

J. I didn't trust I.S.P. security much, so I got with Hoener, and I made some valid reports, maybe some setups, so the FBI could monitor and determine what was wrong. There were some discrepancies but nothing was done.

K. Worked for ___ until June 2000, got laid off for 3 months, got called back but didn't go back, as I had gotten another job and stayed there, cutting trees and firewood.

L. Was spied on some by Jolene ________, the boss's daughter. The boss and I think _____, the boss's Dad, were questioned. I think one or both of them lied to cover for her, or didn't believe she was involved in any sleuthing/informant work.

M. In '98, Jolene wanted me to donate to her church group. I said I'd think about it; she got mad at me, so I just told her I'd not donate. She said something to the effect she'd get me for it.

N. Moved into 110 N. Benton St., Roann, IN, owned by ____ _______, Roann, IN, for 3 ½ years.

O. Hung around with an old friend, ___ ______, Wabash, IN, quite a bit, for a while, but we had a falling out, mostly because his wife said she seen me spying on them, from a woods across the road from their house, only it wasn't me. It was someone who resembles me, likely an FBI lookalike, which they use pretty extensively. There are two I know of.

1999/2000

Dog was barking one night; a man was walking across yard. Seemed he had been stranded by a hunting buddy, so I took him home, out in Miami County. A couple days later, Lonnie Slisher, ISP, contacted me; seems the guy had, after I took him home, got rough with his girlfriend, then took off. He hid and the police did a search and found him; he got sent up, supposedly; I seen who I believe was him on several occasions after that, likely under government auspices.

2000, heard someone running on street, saw two female blondes running down street, probably 16-18 years of age. Shortly after that my Yellow lab got sick, from poison, dying about a week later. That was during the Roann Festival, and he had gotten loose; he wasn't wont to bite people, so I know of no possible motive. I reported the pair of females to Lonnie Slisher, before my dog got sick, and he mentioned something about dogs being poisoned. It was shortly thereafter my dog got sick.

___ _______ and ______ ____ stopped one night; my Husky wouldn't let them in; usually they got along fine with him. They stayed a few hours then left; next day I discovered that ___ had taken the lid off a butter dish, just a cheap plastic one, he had seen me handle. Apparently he wanted fingerprints for something.

Worked at ______ ______ ___, Silver Lake, for a few months. The personnel director was lenient when it came to drug tests. There was a lot of drug use there on third shift. After reporting it to Bob Land, due to talk of harming or killing some undercover cop who was working there, confidentiality was definitely not kept or a leak existed, and they all found out. The pressure was intense, not necessarily ill-willed, so I quit.

Started driving a cattle truck, hauling hogs, for Ray ______, near Remington, IN, contracted to TDM. Jon _______ was pulling for TDM, as was Todd ________. Ray started undercutting the other drivers on rates, and Jon, Todd and Dennis ____ started talking about killing Ray. I reported the matter to Darrin “Butch” Iden, of the Wabash County Sheriff's Department. I was surveilled by him later. Was later fired by Ray for killing a hog that kept charging me and trying to bite me.

A. Incidentally, after the report to Butch, Ray started acting strangely. Once, enroute to pick up the truck at a shop, he talked of turning me over to some people [not law enforcement] and sending me away. I grabbed him and threatened him. No further incident.

Learned from the Video Unlimited store manager, an older woman, that she had fired “Anna _____", for engaging in something wrong. She seemed afraid to elaborate. This same female, the blonde going by Anna, may be the same one who had previously worked at the Video Unlimited in Huntington, IN. The place each said she lived was the same.

                               2002-2008

There started to be other blondes spying on me at various times, even when I went out of state, which is indicative of FBI tactics, using “proxies”. State and locals sometimes do, but as far as I know not very much, unless they're working with or overseen by feds. The actual Anna _____ also did some spying on me.

In 2008, the name Anna _____ appeared on my cell phone screen, as being the owner of two telephone numbers, ________ _________, Wabash, IN and _____ ______, Wabash, IN. I showed it to Sheriff Leroy Striker and Steve Hicks. They said they couldn't do anything about it, because it was a private number, and hacking is only illegal if the number is commercial. However, I was using it as a commercial number, for selling firewood. I paid taxes on wood sales a couple of different years, so my wood cutting business was rather official with the IRS.

A. I had ___ ____, a computer expert and also very proficient with phones, check my cell phone, to trace who exactly had hacked it. I believe he found out who, but withheld from telling me. He has as a contact Wabash County Sheriff's Deputy ___ _______. I believe that the sheriff's dept. has, for a number of years, helped cover for some of the culprits, and suppressed cases.

A. Showed the phone screen to Detective ____ _____, who said he'd look into it and get back with me;I made contact a week or two later, and he said he couldn't do anything about it; initially, at that call, he tried to act as though he didn't know what I was talking about, as though I hadn't even contacted him about the matter. A week or so later, he showed up in Roann in his patrol car, and stared me down, and tried to intimidate me. [Someone has, just like in the previous ordeal, sponsored that blonde female and allowed her to reward the guilty and harass the innocent].

In 2009 or 2010, while working for Papa John's Pizza in Wabash, I delivered a pizza to the Sprint telephone business, and the actual ____ _____ was working there [may or may not be relevant].

Working at Papa Johns: a co-worker, Chrissy _____, told me of her and her husband having had received weird phone calls, and never could get the police to do anything about it except to accuse them of making it up. Hiring a private investigator also reportedly proved fruitless. I offered to look into it, and she said to go ahead.

A. Doing a preliminary background check on Chrissy revealed some discrepancies, according to online reports, of who her parents are. I related this to her, and she tried to get me in trouble at work, as though I was invading her privacy or something.

B. Chrissy told me once that she ought to kill me, and that she knew “some people”. This was after I made a report to either the FBI or the city police.

C. After this, there had been a number of times I saw Chrissy in Roann, whereas I'd never seen her there before, sometimes in a different vehicle than was anything sitting at her residence or what she drove to work.

D. Several workers at Papa Johns were sending each other obscene pictures to each other on their cell phones, which thing I didn't engage in, yet they had the gall to accuse me of being unseemly, for telling one of them that she was a beautiful woman.

E. Chrissy told me of a city or county cop she once dated, still on the force, who had been rather unseemly or such toward her, which thing I doubt.

I received an email from a Liz Roberts, U.S. Army in Iraq: they had found a large amount of money, and needed someone to send it to, saying they'd divide it up when they returned to the states. The go-between was to be a Black man, supposedly an emissary: I played along, and not long after a Black man in a rather nice car did come past the house, but wouldn't stop. I reported the matter to the military police at Ft. Benjamin Harrison, Indianapolis, IN. I also reported the matter to Wabash City Police Officer Matt Benson, giving him a copy of the email and pictures I had received from the purported Lt. Roberts. I told him he needed to get back in touch for some relevant details, once he had gone over the material. He never did, and started having me tailed, avoiding me. I probably reported this to the FBI as well, later on.

At a certain point in time, as with Melessa _____, reports I made were given to the fake Anna _____ to work, and they were mostly rigged; she'd tell the culprits, have them work for her, and discredit me, having me harassed.

A. She apparently also told or implied to people that her and I were working cases together, which is totally false; I haven't even spoken with her since 1999.

2003, working at Dexter Axle, N. Manchester, IN, a blonde female started working there, I believe the fake Anna _____, after which I started having a few problems with people, but the ones I worked around were wise to her. I reported it to Bob Land, then a week alter to Lonnie Slisher. Shortly after I was unjustly fired, though I went to work every day, on time, and worked hard. Some of my fellow workers were a bit angry I had been fired.

One of the protocols of the FBI is that, when one of them or one of theirs is working on something you submitted to them, and they run into you, they'll drop a keyword or phrase or two, which is either something you reported or else pertaining to the case, so you know it's one of them. However, they'll often do that just to appease you, while they covertly shaft you, or to confuse you.

Over the years I ran into a lot of cases where one or the other became apparent: either they would do something so you'd report them, so that they could try to figure out how the FBI works, or; they'd do things they knew you'd report, in order to keep you involved.

In 1994/95, while working at a factory, Hoener wanted me to use what I term psychological warfare on a certain individual, whom they were investigating for a crime. I refused to, because I consider it ethically and morally wrong. They kept insisting, so I told the man what they wanted me to do, even though I thought he ought to be charged. Not long after he was arrested and likely charged.

For a number of years, someone in investigations has told management at places I've worked, that I was just there for undercover work, and after a certain amount of time, probably at the F.B.I.'s prompt, they could let me go. That is absolutely false. I was placed in one or two places of employ by the FBI while in Colorado to check things out, which they arranged with me. Both were safehouses.

In 2008, I was working at CMS in Huntington, IN, now closed and a different business, and saw signs and evidence of the place being used as a partial safehouse, and the liklihood of some foul play intended for someone. Shortly after letting Hoener know, I was unjustly fired, likely via the I.S.P., Peru, IN, which agency had started getting my F.B.I. reports from Hoener in 2006, due to his then upcoming retirement. I called Hoener about it, and his response was “So what?” He wanted me to go back into investigating. I told him I had no intentions of it, and he said “We'll see about that”.

Contacted the Chicago FBI about corruption with the Indianapolis, Ft. Wayne and Colorado Springs FBI field agencies. I think they checked some things out but they never contacted me.

Only two officers ever contacted me back: Wabash City Police Officer _____, to thank me for info I submitted to him, and Greg Hedrick. Hoener had called me a few times between 1995 and 2006, but usually just to see how I was doing. We finally had a falling out.

2004 to 2006, Hoener called me to let me know that he was going to start relaying info I had reported, to the ISP, Peru, IN, because he'd be retiring before long. I objected, but he did anyway. The blonde female obtained a lot of info from them, which she abused.

Sometime during the mid to late nineties, Hoener told me that they [the FBI] were enlisting the aid of the mafia to help them thwart the illicit informant networks [underground], which was an underground type of entity. I didn't think it was such a good idea, but it did work out pretty good. Howbeit they didn't get many of the key culprits, and I think Hoener and/or proxies developed an undue affinity with the mafia [sometimes I don't blame them].

A. In 1995, while in Cleveland, OH driving for CTI, Edinburg, IN, unloading a refrigerated van: 5 men were helping me unload; we had all but the nose unloaded, and they came into the ref. Van while I was operating the pallet jack. They stood there for a few moments and pulled knives. They were mobsters under orders to kill me: I stood my ground and asked one request, in the event I lost: to call Neil Hoener, have him call my parents and tell them I love them. They decided to abstain, and I filled them in on what I had really been up to with the FBI.

B. At some point after this, I got a phone call from a man stating to be from either Philadelphia or Pittsburg, and a head man with the mob. He wanted to know what I was doing with the FBI, knowing I was/had been with them. I told him, saying also that if the FBI ordered me to, I'd investigate them [the mob], but would as soon not have to. I think he was a good man, in spite of being a leader of the mob. I had, and have, no intentions of needing to look over my shoulder for the rest of my life for fear of being whacked out by the mob, if I can avoid it. All in all, the mob has done some pretty good things for society in curtailing the activities of that "underground" group, which claims to be constitutional but isn't that much so.

Overall, the main theme of the “underground” networks is that the government, thus law and order in the traditional sense, is evil, “Big Brother”, antiChrist, in it's entirety, and that the Constitution means freedom to do anything one desires.

I'd worked for _____ _______ off from June 2000 to 2015, cutting trees and firewood. It's mostly been good, other than low pay, but with some discrepancies.

A. _____ once said that he used to get people on work release to work for him, and there have been times that I have reason to believe he has been told that I was in that situation, which I was not and have never been.

B. Evidence shows that I have been cost jobs before, so that I would have to go back to working for _____, who could never pay that well for that job [though I did pretty good the last seven years]. There have been a few times that a week or so before being fired, Jerry would ask me if I would be needing work soon, or just tell me that he'd have work for me, cause I'd be needing it.

Bi. There have been times when Jerry would find things for me to do, because I needed work, and there's usually something or another he needed done.

Bii. There have been times I just wanted to work for him, liking the woodcutting lifestyle, but there have also been times when I had no choice but to, which the FBI and a couple other entity's officers have let slip before. I believe they [primarily the FBI] has purposely kept me from obtaining other employ [they basically inadvertently supplied me with a hell of a lot of writing fodder].

Biii. During I think it was '97, I had a dentist appointment, and was diagnosed with one or two abscessed teeth. There was a female informant at the dentist's office in Marion, IN, who had caused problems before; I reported her to ___ ____, and was either fired or nearly fired. I finally got those teeth pulled in/around 2006. The FBI investigated, and found something amiss, but wouldn't do anything to the cop.

I've submitted reports to the following people, trying to get the corruption in law enforcement and their informant networks straightened out: Terri Weaver, Wabash County Prosecutor's Investigator; Lonnie Slisher, ISP, Peru, IN; Matt Rebholz, Wabash City Police Drug Task Force; Scott Long, Wabash City Police Detective; Mayor Bob Vandlandingham, Wabash, IN, U.S. Marshall Jon Beamon, Ft. Wayne, In; U.S. Marshall Mike _____, Ft. Wayne, IN; Lawrence _____, U;S. Marshall, Indianapolis, IN; Rusty _____ [ret], FBI, Ft. Wayne, IN; Crystal ____, U.S. Marshall, Indianapolis, IN; Bill Hartley, Wabash Prosecuting Attorney; Charles Smith, Wabash City Chief of Police; Mike Shrider, former Wabash County Sheriff's Deputy; Leroy Striker, former Wabash County Sheriff and ISP; Wabash County Sheriff's Deputy Guenin; Darrin _____, FBI, Ft. Wayne, IN; Grady _____, U.S. Marshall, Indianapolis, IN, who I believe was forced to retire or moved, because he was going to go after some corruption; several others.

In the past, some officers from around here were told by the FBI that they had never even heard of me, when they called Hoener, much less that I worked with them. Work One in Wabash had it verified once; I think Hoener finally quit lying, after a time, about that.

There have been many indications that the blonde female in question has been CIA trained in such areas as industrial espionage, assassinations and psychological warfare. For a time, the FBI claimed it didn't know who she was, and conceded that she may be a foreign agent, maybe with Interpol, possibly an Israeli [someone once told me a few Hebraic words to say to her, and when I did, she about fell over. She understood perfectly, I believe.

Back in/around 2004 I contacted the FBI, ISP, U.S. Marshalls, Wabash City and County Police, to let them know that I was not going to be engaging in any more sleuthing: it proved to be impossible, because a certain element of people would not leave me alone, causing me to have to do something about their meddling; the authorities have done nothing good about much of it, and, again, not even bothering to contact me over any of the matters [see 'Recruitment By Deception'].

Have contacted the authorities some years ago, telling them that I suspected that phone calls to me have been intercepted; according to phone experts, it is fairly easy to do, to intercept/reroute cell phone calls.

Informants have been given reports to work, and tried to collect money or goods from the people who made the reports, as though they had been hired.

It has been said that I don't own my canines that I own, nor that I own the copyrights to my videos [they say anything to screw with someone].

I recently (in 2014 or '15) sent a letter to James Comey, FBI Director, asking that my FBI status be made void, in case it's still active technically. That way, the crooked feds can't use me as a federal pawn]. Also sent a few general reports to him of corruption.

Recently sent an email of resignation from my post to Neil Hoener, FBI Special Agent [ret], my only supervisor with the FBI, so it's official.

Throughout the years, many lies have been told, such as I am not who I say I am, and that I have been under government protection, neither of which has been the case. They do that to quite a few people, and the ones who don't resist end up shafted.

There have been scores of reports I've made to various law enforcement entities, few of which have been properly administered to, including information leaks in the personnel system.

Also in 1994, not long after arriving in Colorado Springs, CO, a man approached me, said he knew about my situation, and said that the organization to which he belonged would eliminate the people who had framed me and such. He also noted that “there are better ways of killing someone than shooting them”. I declined. The FBI investigated and found out who this guy is and to what he belonged.

During the same time frame as item #31, the same guy or a different guy [I forget] offered me 6 figures to walk away from the whole thing. This was directly offered to me twice, within a few weeks, twice I respectfully declined, after thinking about it. This I also reported to the FBI [Hoener]; they also verified this.

Many of the culprits have been employed [not necessarily hired] by the FBI or a subsidiary, being made privy to confidential information, tainting cases.

There are many, many other details and events too numerous and intrinsic to list in an outline.

THIS IS A TRUE ACCOUNT OF WHAT I REPORTED TO THE COLORADO SPRINGS, COLORADO F.B.I. IN 1994, MOST OR ALL OF WHICH HAS BEEN VERIFIED AND DOCUMENTED.
