     A WELL KNOWN OFFICER WITHIN THE LAW ENFORCEMENT COMMUNITY, MIKE ROTHMILLER, A FORMER INVESTIGATOR WITH THE SECRET UNIT OF THE L.A.P.D NAMED O.C.I.D WROTE A CONTROVERSIAL BOOK ABOUT THE COVERT AND SINISTER ACTIVITIES OF THIS "ELITE" UNIT OF THE L.A. POLICE FORCE, WHICH WAS PUBLISHED IN 1992.



Detective Mike Rothmiller, a whistleblowing LAPD government official, had some interesting things to say about how the police operate in the real world. Like Detective Serpico, he also barely escaped execution, in retailiation for having the audacity to refuse to become a corrupt cop for the government. He co-authored L.A.
