Tragedy in New York City on September 11th, 2001
This is an outline of what may or may not have really happened on that day. The official reports have been refuted by many, including over 220 top government and military officials, both American and foreign, experts in their respective fields. Whatever the entire truth is, the citations most definitely reveal practices occurring that should not occur anywhere.
Though this entire essay is thirty pages long, including the works cited pages, it is still simply an outline. The works cited pages are not 100 % complete, nor is the essay itself, as far as being conclusive. But it is a base from which to start a more complete investigation of the matter.
At the beginning of each paragraph will be a number, which corresponds with the comments, links, additional info at left of page.

GOVERNMENT CONTRADICTIONS
(1) According to the official report by the United States Government, dubbed the 911 Commission Report, compiled by the 911 Commission, a specially commissioned panel consisting of some 90 members, conclusions of the events which took place in New York City on September 11th, 2001 is that 19 Arab terrorists hijacked four jetliners occupied by passengers. Two of the planes rammed into Towers One and Two of the World Trade Center, causing each tower to completely collapse a short time later, due to fire from the jet fuel weakening steel structural members. Another of the four planes rammed into the Pentagon, exploding and killing all onboard, damaging the building. The fourth plane, after passengers wrested control of that plane from hijackers, crashed into a field near Shanksville, Pennsylvania, killing all onboard. The Commission was created on November 27th, 2002, by Public Law 107-306. (911 1-46)(Loose Change)
(2) Many people are aware of the so-called “conspiracy theory” groups and concepts, condemned especially by former President George W. Bush while he was still in office, saying during a speech at the United Nations on November 11th, 2001, “…let us not tolerate outrageous conspiracy theories concerning the attacks of September the 11th…malicious lies that attempt to shift the blame away from the terrorists themselves”(Liberty).
(3) There are two major problems with those statements, but it is fitting to repeat two famous quotes first. One is by Thomas Sowell: “One of the reasons for conspiracy theories is an assumption that people in high places always know what they are doing. When they do something that makes no sense, devious reasons are imagined by conspiracy theorists, when in fact it may be due to plain old ignorance and incompetence”(Liberty). The other is by Srdja Trifkovic: “…the Patriot Act followed 9-11 as smoothly as the suspension of the Weimar constitution followed the Reichstag fire” (Liberty).
(4) One problem with Bush’s statements is that the very content within that message is strictly against Americans’ first amendment rights, which guarantee freedom of speech and of the press, not to mention going against a natural right (Common 2), that is, the inherent right to freely think and form our own opinions. (National 21) The second major problem with Bush’s statement is that over 220 “…well known and respected senior U.S. military officers, intelligence services and law enforcement veterans, and government officials…” have publicly stated that not only is the official government report vastly erroneous, but some of these professional people have even strongly suggested that the U.S. Government itself is partly behind the terrible acts committed on September 11th, 2001. (5) Criticism and refutation of the 911 Commission Report has been voiced by many top officials such as General Wesley Clark, Colonel Ronald D. Ray, astronaut Captain Edgar Mitchell, U.S. Navy (ret), Lt. Col. Jeff Latas, U.S. Air Force (ret), Commander Ted Muga, a retired Naval Aviator and Pan-Am commercial airline pilot, Senator Bob Kerrey, former Vice President Walter Mondale, former Governor Jesse Ventura, Congressman Ron Paul and many, many others. (6) Bush contradicts himself by saying not to tolerate any theory which is considered to be conspiratorial, evidenced also by other things he has reportedly said, and things which other well known and respected people have said. Bush said, “We have every reason to assume the worst”(Liberty), yet he lamblasts the free thinking and free speech which has resulted from that very concept, Americans assuming the worst. Yet he is right, in that we have every reason to assume the worst, because he also said, “Either you are with us or you are with the terrorists”(Liberty), but in November 2005, during a White House cabinet meeting, he leaves us wondering which side he is on, after he said “I don’t give a goddamn. I’m the President and the Commander-in-Chief. Do it my way…stop throwing the Constitution in my face. It’s just a goddamned piece of paper”(Thompson). That statement is sure to get applause from Communists, Socialists and Muslims alike, because they hate what our Constitution stands for. Further, on a CNN website transcript, Bush is quoted as saying, “If this were a dictatorship, it’d be a heck of a lot easier, just so long as I’m the dictator”(Liberty).
Several former, able leaders have more than suggested that there is a conspiracy to take over or destroy America. That plot has actually been in existence, or capable of having been in existence, since the time of the founding fathers, which they recognized after having thrown off the rather iron-fisted regime of England, but we will start with former President Woodrow Wilson, who said, among other things, “The government, which was designed for the people, has got into the hands of the bosses and their employers, the special interests. An invisible empire has been set up above the forms of democracy”(Liberty). John F. Kennedy made America aware of a plot, saying “The high office of the President has been used to foment a plot to destroy the American’s freedom and before I leave office, I must inform the citizen of this plight”(Liberty). J. Edgar Hoover, former director of the FBI for some thirty years, tells us, “We must now face the harsh truth that the objectives of communism are being steadily advanced because many of us do not recognize the means used to advance them. The individual is handicapped by coming face to face with a conspiracy so monstrous he cannot believe it exists. The American mind simply has not come to a realization of the evil which has been introduced into our midst”(Liberty). As of today, May 4th, 2012, it has been between thirty and forty years since Hoover spoke those words.
George W. Bush and others, such as the FBI and other government agencies, as well as some civilian entities, who are ignorant of certain devices of the criminally minded, have demonized conspiracy theories, at times going as far as to attempt to institutionalize or medicate people who suggest that there is a conspiracy going on.
According to Webster’s Dictionary, a conspiracy is: “act of conspiring; specif.: (a) Combination (of persons) for an evil purpose; a plot. (b) combination or union (of persons or things) for a single purpose or end; harmonious action. c) Law. An agreement, manifesting itself in words or deeds by which two or more persons confederate to do an unlawful act, or to use unlawful means to do an act which is lawful“. What this means is that no matter what caused the tragedy, it was a conspiracy, and a conspiracy theory is simply a set of ideas as to what happened. And a good investigator will explore all possible ways in which a crime was committed. As a matter of fact, the FBI, one of the biggest critics of conspiracy theories, has at their disposal one of the biggest conspiracy busters of all time, the RICO act, designed to enable them to take down entire criminal organizations, which continually conspire to commit crime.
George W. Bush orchestrated a major conspiracy, per definition c, by enacting unconstitutional legislation to stop those who would destroy our constitutionally guaranteed freedoms and liberties, which is quite the paradox. A cop conducting a warrantless search which also lacks probable cause is doing the same thing. A bunch of people who get together to throw someone a surprise birthday party are engaging in a conspiracy per definition b. Suffice it to say that the people who cause conspiracy theorists to become outcasts are fooling and deceiving nobody but their own over-inflated egos and ignorant minds. Conspiracies, both good and bad, are engaged in daily and at various levels.
Major General Albert Stubblebine, U.S. Army (ret), who was the head man for the Army’s intelligence forces world wide, including photo and counter intelligence, refutes many findings listed in the official report, saying that the official stories told about the incidents are false, and even that the ‘free press‘ is saying what they have been told to say (Military 3). It has been investigated and documented by free thinking journalists that the government has been controlling the press since the 1940s, via the CIA running a program named Operation Mockingbird (Sightings 1-25).
During a video interview on June 28th, 2009, Stubblebine was asked, “OK. So on September the 11th, in 2001, what hit the Pentagon?” (Military 2)
General Stubblebine, “I don’t know exactly what hit it, but I do know, from the photographs that I have analyzed and looked at very, very carefully, it was not an airplane”, citing lack of any evidence to support the claim that an airplane hit the Pentagon (Military 2). On into the interview, when talking about the Twin Towers, he explicitly stated that those towers fell down, not because airplanes hit them, but due to explosives having been planted inside the towers, which is the opinion of many, many other people as well, both expert and novice (Military 3), government and civilian, citing the fact that the jet fuel could not possibly have melted the steel superstructure of the towers (Watch). It simply is not scientifically possible in an uncontrolled, uncontained burn.
The opinions of a former, high-ranking metallurgist for Underwriters Laboratories, as well as the metallurgy department at the NIST, have echoed and substantiated the thought that structural failure due to fire was not a likely cause of the Twin Towers’ collapses (Ryan).
The New Mexico Institute of Mining and Technology Research department’s vice-president, Van Romero, originally stated that the airplanes ramming the towers could not have caused the collapses, yet he completely reversed his opinion just ten days later, as did several other experts including Hyman Brown (Loose). There is evidence to suggest that these people may have been intimidated into changing their opinions. At least one Pentagon employee has told of being rather intimidated by men in suits of an unknown (to her) entity, while recovering in the hospital after the attacks. They would visit and keep saying over and over that an airplane hit the Pentagon, and to just shut up and accept the compensation money (Loose). A well known journalist, Hunter Thompson, has stated to a reporter that people have been intimidated by the Bush administration for questioning the official reports (Loose).
Agencies such as the FBI will scoff at accusations of intimidations and conspiracies, but things of that nature have always gone on, citing a quote from none other than former President Woodrow Wilson, president from 1913 to 1921: “Since I entered politics, I have chiefly had men’s views confided to me privately. Some of the biggest men in the U.S., in the field of commerce and manufacturing, are afraid of somebody, are afraid of something. They know that there is a power somewhere so organized, so subtle, so watchful, so interlocked, so complete, so pervasive, that they had better not speak above their breath when they speak in condemnation of it” (Liberty).
A Fox News reporter at the scene of the Twin Tower collapses, asking questions of witnesses, including a police officer, looked around rather nervously before asking interviewees if they thought there had been bombs in the buildings (Fox). One of the people he asked that question of was a police officer, who said that it appeared to him that there had been bombs of some type going off. That was not one of the people that the reporter seemed to be nervous about and, actually, that cop kind of looked around right before answering that question, as if to be sure that certain people were not listening. That innuendo would also help to substantiate what other people have stated, that some unknown entity did in fact intimidate people, though in a subtle way, to coincide with the official versions of the story, or at least not speak against it. Kevin Ryan of UL was fired, and Professor Steven Jones of Brigham Young U. was suspended, for openly disagreeing with the official report.
The 911 Commission Report’s conclusions, at first glance, appear to be well founded and perhaps even bordering on the obvious. But a closer examination of the official synopsis versus the known facts reveals many serious discrepancies, because factual, scientifically based findings, backed up by well established laws of science and physics, are in direct contrast to the official synopsis of the event.
When that event occurred, I was in Ohio driving a semi, traveling eastbound towards Columbus to deliver my last load of the week before heading to Fort Wayne, IN, the home terminal, then to my home in Roann. From listening to the radio I learned that some skyscrapers had been bombed, vaguely recollecting the attempted bombing in 1993, once gaining some insight to the matter by listening to details, and realizing that it was the very same buildings. Not until I arrived at the drop off point and viewed a video of the collapses did I realize the significance and severity of what had happened. I had seen a demolition job on television when I was a kid, and judging from the way the towers fell and the squibs emitting from the sides of the buildings, my first impression, as now, was that the destruction had been intentional and due to explosives.
Just a moment before one of the towers began to collapse, the top ten or so stories, in one piece, stared to fall off the top of the building when, all of a sudden, the rest of the building starts to disintegrate and that top piece somehow straightens up, an instant after a disturbance on the high side manifested itself, and rights itself, following the rest of the tower straight down, though it should have continued falling off of, and away from, the top of the rest of the building (Loose). I also thought then as I do now, that if jet fuel fires had weakened enough steel to cause collapse, the buildings shouldn’t have fallen straight down, since the fires were not centered. I’ve had plenty of welding and steel cutting experience, and U.S. Army helicopter maintenance experience, and so something just did not seem right, especially after considering how fuel reacts when ignited and the fact that it takes around 2500 degrees to actually melt mild steel.
My second thought was that our government had finally provoked some foreign country enough to cause them to retaliate. I was perturbed because I figured that the highways and entire country would be shutdown, so I’d have to walk home, worried about family and friends because of the assumption that all sorts of havoc was about to break loose.
Arriving at a basic conclusion from viewing accessible photos and videos require little more than common sense and basic, logical deduction to have the basis for refuting official reports. Reading eye-witness accounts of the tragedy substantiates refutations. Add to that certain agencies’ refusal to disclose and release pertinent documentation and security camera videos which would prove that the official versions are correct, honest and accurate, and there is more than enough reason to disbelieve the official reports as well as demand an all new, more in-depth investigation of the entire event and situations leading up to it. Most eye witness accounts by both government personnel and civilians agreed that the towers were intentionally demolished, assuming that terrorists were solely responsible, and that no plane hit the Pentagon, but rather something unknown, which was the biggest mystery. It is obvious that aircraft smashed into the Twin Towers and caused significant damage, but whether the damage was enough to cause total collapse is at least questionable and refuted or questioned by many people, from the “amateur“ hobbyist in related fields to the most professional and well respected, high ranking government official and military combat veteran and government investigator or operative. There are many people who reported multiple explosions occurring in the towers. (Teresa) An ABC News reporter specifically stated that it was as if a demolition team had set off explosives, purposefully destroying the towers, (Don), as did CNN Breaking news (CNN), WCBS Live news , saying that federal agencies believed that there was an explosive device (WCBS), New York City Fire Department Chief Albert Curry, killed in the collapse, (NBC), MSNBC (CNN), Reporter Harold Dow (CBS) and many others.
Not only were there many people that reported multiple explosions before either tower fell and well after each plane crash, some also reported either witnessing, or being a victim of, an explosion in each of the Twin Towers’ basements. A construction worker reported having seen people both maimed and killed by explosions in the sub-levels of the towers (Witness), which were reported as having literally shook the base of the buildings (News Reporter) (Engine 7) (Lou). This was further evidenced and substantiated by an eye-witness across the bay from the Twin Towers, who had a video camera mounted on a tripod, filming from the time right after the planes rammed into the buildings, until after the buildings fell. Just seconds before at least one tower collapsed, there was not only a low rumble, but something caused the camera to shake for a few seconds (Yen Sar Yeh). That could only have occurred due to a below ground level quaking of the plates in the earth, such as during a blast. That is verified by readings from a seismograph located in Palisades, NY, at Columbia University.
According to seismologist Won-Young Kim, the collapse of the south tower registered as a 2.1 Magnitude earthquake, while the north tower registered as a 2.3 Magnitude earthquake. Their seismograph registers daily explosions from a quarry as between Magnitude 1 and 2, twenty miles from the university. Those explosions are caused by blasts using 80,000 pounds of ammonium nitrate. Kim went on to report that the truck bomb which exploded at the World Trade Center in 1993 didn’t even register on seismographs, because it was not coupled to the ground (American Free Press).
Lerner Lam said that the ground shaking which occurred due to the towers collapsing was ’extremely small’, not significant at all. He stated that the source of the pre-collapse shaking was many times stronger than the total shaking caused by the debris hitting the ground during the actual collapse of the towers (American Free Press). That is direct evidence that there were explosions below ground level just seconds before each tower’s collapse.
Surviving firefighters relate that what they observed and experienced was synonymous with an intentional demolition job, telling interviewers about seeing consistent flashes and popping noises all throughout the towers as they worked to rescue victims and extinguish the fires (CNN.com) (Naudeau). A firefighter talking to his dispatch reported that an eyewitness told him about an explosion on floors seven and eight. A twenty year janitor of the World Trade Center tells about hearing a noise he described as a boom, somewhere below him as he was in sub-level one, thinking that a generator in the basement had blown up. Seconds later he described hearing another boom, way up above him, likely the jet ramming into the building. Right after that an employee ran into the office who had just been severely injured by the explosion in the basement area. Skeptics claim that gas canisters in the kitchen must have exploded, but according to Willie Rodriguez, the janitor, those kitchens were Class A, subject to very strict guidelines on what can and cannot be in the kitchens, and he seriously doubts that it was gas (Willie). A businesswoman who was at a meeting across the street from the World Trade Center caught the entire first attack on audio tape, which revealed that a second explosion ripped the air just nine seconds after the plane crash (Jenny).
One explanation for the damage to the lobby, in which marble panels and windows were blown out, is that a huge fireball from the exploding jetliner raged down the elevator shafts and damaged the lobby and injured and killed people. However, the core and elevator shafts of the World Trade Center were sealed airtight. This means that there was no possibility that the fire could have had sufficient oxygen to have went downwards nearly 1,300 feet, and to have had the force required to destroy the eight lower floors of the tower (Loose).
One phenomenon which has yet to be adequately explained is the existence of small pools of molten steel in the basement areas, a month or more after the tragedy. Those were found seventy feet below the surface, in an environment that was starved for oxygen. This molten metal was also found beneath the rubble of World Trade Center 7, which was reported to have also collapsed due to fire, though it does not appear that any intense fire was in building seven. Professor Steven Jones of Brigham Young University claims that thermite, a military explosive, had to have been used in order to have created the molten metal, for which claim he was suspended (Ashley)
Strangely enough, other buildings nearer to the Twin Towers took tremendous hits from debris from the Twins, destroying the biggest part of those buildings, yet the structures remained standing (American) (Loose). According to thermal imaging photos, the highest temperature in the towers was 1,377 degrees F, but the molten steel found in the basements was more than twice that hot (Loose).
A spokesman for the National Transportation Safety Board couldn’t recall any domestic cases in which flight data recorders were not recovered (Loose), though the FBI claims that only one was found. A firefighter who guided agents around the collapsed towers’ sites wrote in a book that three were found while he was with them (Demasi). Concerning the recording from a “black box” from Flight 93, played for victims’ families, the FBI had no explanation as to why the last three minutes were missing (Bunch), and that is especially intriguing since those recorders play in a loop (Loose), and Secretary of Defense Donald Rumsfeld said that the data on the only black box recovered from Flight 93 was unrecoverable (Rumsfeld). Theodore Olsen, the Solicitor General, had a wife Barbara who was killed on September 11th, 2001, and stated that he can think of reasons why the government might “rightly” lie in order to keep vital interests secure (Loose).
Condoleezza Rice, National Security Advisor, and the Press Secretary Ari Fleischer both said there were no indications that something like the 9/11 attacks could happen, yet Donald Rumsfeld stated that there were “…lots of warnings”(Loose), and apparently there were. Attorney General John Ashcroft had quit flying on commercial aircraft due to a security evaluation by the FBI (CBS); several top Pentagon officials canceled flight plans the day before 9/11/01 because of security issues (Thomas), and; eight hours before the 9/11 tragedy, Pacific Radio reported that National Security Advisor Rice had called Willie Brown, mayor of San Francisco, advising him that Americans should be cautious about traveling by air (Matier).
It would be expected that a national security advisor, as well as other government officials, would be knowledgeable about major security agendas, plans and issues, past and present, and that may or may not be the entire scenario. On the cover of the August 1997 issue of a FEMA terrorism response booklet, are two tall buildings as if the viewer were looking through a crosshair scope (FEMA). A similar manual was released in June of 2000 by the Department of Justice (Department). In 1999, the North American Aerospace Defense Command (NORAD) began doing maneuvers to prepare for a possible event of jetliners crashing into the Pentagon, simulated attacks (USA)
During former President Kennedy’s term, a plan was proposed called Operation Northwoods, which was to be a mock operation which was designed to make it appear that Cuba had initiated hostile activities against the United States. Included in it’s agenda was a plan for a jet filled with federal agents, dressed to look like college students, to fly over Cuban waters. At a certain point, another jet, a drone, would rendezvous with that jet, at which time the plane with passengers would radio a distress call, claiming to be under attack by a Soviet Mig aircraft. Then, the plane with passengers would deviate from the flight plan and the other aircraft would be blown up or shot down by some type of aircraft. Other mock hostilities were also planned, including riots in Miami and mock funerals for “victims“. When Kennedy found out about it, he promptly had Lyman Lemnitzer removed from the Joint Chiefs of Staff. (Operation) (pending other sources, more detailed)
According to official reports, Flight 77, an instant before ramming into the Pentagon, clipped five light poles, which tore them out of the ground at their bases, just slightly bending them, then penetrated completely through three walls of concrete, each of which was three feet thick, exploding and killing nearly 200 people (Loose Change), leaving a sixteen foot diameter hole in one of the walls of the Pentagon, entirely “vaporizing” nearly the entire plane. Boeing 757’s have two Pratt & Whitney turbine engines made of titanium and steel, are nine feet in diameter by twelve feet long and weigh six tons each. Titanium and steel both have melting points of around 3,000 degrees Fahrenheit. Jet fuel can maintain slightly above 2,000 degrees Fahrenheit, but only with a steady, constant supply of fuel, making it an impossibility that the engines could have been melted into nothing. Those engines should have punched nine foot diameter holes in the sides of the Pentagon and been found relatively intact inside the building, but evidently were never found (Loose).
Instead, there was a turbine engine found inside the Pentagon, about three feet in diameter, which some people said could be an auxiliary power unit engine which is located in the tail section of a Boeing 757. However, an aircraft expert at Honeywell Aerospace in Phoenix, Arizona said it was definitely not an apu engine from a Boeing aircraft. Rolls Royce in Indy, which makes the engines for those Boeings, said that it was not an engine from a Boeing 757-200 (American).
The President and CEO of Patmos and Nano Technology, LLC, and Inet Security Systems, Carl Swartz, wrote an article in which he states that he believes the engine is a JT-8G, found in Air Force A3 Sky Warriors (Swartz). Identifying characteristics on two other engine pieces refute notions that either of them are from a Boeing 757 (Loose). That tends to coincide with witnesses to the Pentagon crash site, some of whom said they saw a small eight to twenty passenger plane without markings or windows crash into or dive towards the building, and a helicopter hovering nearby. That is synonymous with how the military works: often a helicopter will be hovering and spotting the target for plane armament or missiles, sometimes using an infrared or other type of device to pinpoint the exact location on a target, so the missile has a spot to home in on. Though others saw a 100 ton airliner, presumably a passenger jet, several of those witnesses also said that a large plane dove towards the Pentagon, but in the last few moments climbed slightly and flew over the top of the Pentagon, disappearing beyond their view (CNN).
Other eyewitness accounts and basic and scientific facts also refute that entire synopsis of the event. In 2004, a plane preparing to land in Houston, Texas, to pick up former President George H.W. Bush, crashed just before reaching the runway, after clipping one light pole, ripping the wing off and breaking the pole in half. (CNN.com). In an interview with Secretary of Defense Donald Rumsfeld, Parade Magazine quotes him as saying, “Here we’re talking about plastic knives, and using an American Airlines flight filled with our citizens, and the missile to damage this building, and similar (inaudible) that rammed the World Trade Center” (Rumsfeld).
The probability of an aircraft penetrating 3-9 feet of cement is likely none. The University of California and the National Science Foundation have presented the idea of bolting reinforced concrete plates to steel shear walls which, according to engineers, should prevent an aircraft from penetrating. Those walls would probably be less than two feet thick (www.tms). After hitting the ground and skidding or bouncing along, noses of aircraft, made of lightweight carbon, are usually pulverized (Loose). During an Indianapolis 500 race some years ago, a car driven by Gordon Smiley crashed head-on into a cement safety wall at around 200 miles per hour without doing much damage to the wall.
Reporters said that there was no real evidence that a plane had crashed into the Pentagon (Breaking News), and photos also reveal no more of a trace of airplane wreckage than a piece of aircraft skin a few feet by a few feet, with no scrapes or burn marks on it, and no paint missing (CNN). Photos and the few frames of released video show no damage at all to the White House lawn, neither gouges nor burn marks, or any marks at all on the grass, though pictures of known plane crash sites show extensive damage to landscape and wreckage scattered everywhere, yet still recognizable as an aircraft (Loose Change).
Retired Major General Albert Stubblebine of U.S. Army Intelligence, an expert in photo analysis and other fields, stated that there was no way an airplane hit the Pentagon, though he couldn’t say what did hit it (Military 2), but a photo of Slobadon Molosovich’s damaged Belgrade home, which was struck by a Tomahawk Cruise missile, showed almost identical damage as the Pentagon sustained (Loose Change). A patron at the Sheraton Hotel reported that at the time of the Pentagon attack, he felt the hotel shake (Jeff). A reporter and eyewitnesses said that well after the plane had allegedly hit the Pentagon, there was an explosion and a fireball (Fox). People in and near the Pentagon were thrown to the ground, knocked across rooms, and an army Master Sergeant was propelled over 100 feet into a pole, internally injuring him (Loose). Those and other people reported that the action had been a shock wave, something more than what a plane crashing into the building could have caused (Loose).
Respected reporters and military people explicitly mentioned that they smelled cordite, in the area of the blast and all around, which is used in ammunition and in missiles (Don). It is worth noting that cordite and jet fuel have two very different and distinct smells. When cordite explodes, it creates a powerful detonation wave, a shock wave. Many of the people who work in the Pentagon are doubtless military veterans, well acquainted with the aroma of cordite.
The jet that purportedly rammed the Pentagon and one of the jets which rammed one of the World Trade Towers accomplished several astounding feats. The maneuvers those planes performed, which is on radar record, were done with such military precision (National) that even a very experienced military pilot would have had trouble making the planes maneuver such as they did, especially since computer software limits those planes and actually prohibits 5-6 g force maneuvers, unless those particular computer programs were disabled (Remote, 9-11) . It is highly unlikely that any terrorists would have known how to disable those computer programs, even less likely that they even knew about them. Another point is that it’s extremely unlikely that any of the alleged terrorists could have even dreamed of performing the difficult maneuvers had the planes been enabled to, and it is documented by flight trainers that Hani Honure was a terrible pilot in a small plane, a Cessna 172, able only to keep it straight once in the air (Nation) (FBI). Those instructors or their administrators tried to get the FAA to revoke the pilot’s license that Honure had before even arriving at their airport in Bowie, Maryland, he was such a bad pilot (Forum) (FBI).
One commercial pilot who had flown two of the planes used on 9/11 said that if an attempt was made to pull the alleged high G maneuvers, the plane would have fallen out of the sky (Loose). These testimonies support ideas and accounts that there were more planes involved that day than the government has shown. What is even more mysterious is that those Boeings actually have a software guided program that will partially or fully take over control of an airplane that veers too far away from acceptable maneuvers (Remote), maneuvering away from crashes or potential crashes, via a GPS guided autopilot system. According to the former Minister of Technology from Germany, Andreas von Buelow, this technology was developed in the 1970’s in order to take control of a plane that had been hijacked, and was in use on each of the four planes hijacked on 9/11/2001. A report on those systems conducted in 2005 reveals that the Twin Towers were in the databases of the computers which operated the navigation systems. Since the towers’ exact locations were amongst the list in the computers, they should have been steered around by the aircraft. This technology was named Home Run (Remote) (Monaghan).
According to an Electronic Warfare Specialist with the National Security Agency, the Boeing 757 and 767 can “take off, fly to a destination and land, completely without a pilot at the controls. Those planes are physically capable of pulling high G maneuvers, and military people estimated that the Pentagon plane pulled 5-7 Gs, nearly reaching it’s physical limits. Flight control system software prevents the planes from exceeding 1.5 Gs using the cockpit controls, meaning that a pilot cannot perform maneuvers exceeding that force, because the plane‘s system will not allow it to be done. The specialist says that all of the 757 and 767 planes can be flown via remote control without modifications needed, in case of an emergency, and that only in the remote control mode can the planes exceed 1.5 Gs.
The electronic specialist goes on to say that it was impossible for the cell phone calls to have been made from the jets, no matter how high up or close to the ground that they were. At 500 miles per hour, cell phones cannot be identified or responded to by the cell phone towers, a process called ’electronic handshaking’, which takes around 45 seconds. By the time a tower could identify a particular phone, the aircraft was way out of both the tower’s and the cell phone’s working, or initiation, range (Heikkila).
It has been fairly common knowledge among air travelers who flew frequently both prior to 9/11 and after, that making calls from airplanes with a cell phone was a seldom, if ever, occurrence except perhaps during takeoff and landing, due to the explanation just given, and because of the limited wattage available to cell phones and their somewhat uni-directional antenna setup. In a plane at high altitude, the cell phone cannot direct it’s signal downward, or through the wall of the aircraft. Cell phone towers transmit/receive ability is Omni-directional on a parallel line with the earth, but the tower cannot transmit upwards much at all, most of the little upwards transmission actually being considered signal loss.
After 9/11, experiments were conducted in a Cessna plane, using cell phones, at various altitudes, to gauge what the probability was of the cell phone calls having been made from the planes used on 9/11. At around 3,000 feet the incidence of a successful call was less than 1/10th of 1%, and the liklihood decreased as the plane flew higher. A while after the tragedy, commercial airlines companies spent many thousands of dollars to install newer technology which allowed cell phone calls not only to be made at high altitudes, but the quality was such that it seemed as if the people talking were right next door to each other, rather than thousands of miles apart. After trying out the new technology, many people were thrilled and publicly reported how excited they were that they were able to successfully and consistently make and receive cell phone calls while traveling by air (Griffin) (Olsen). It is apparently documented that two of the alleged cell phone calls made by passengers on Flight 93 remained connected for 65 minutes and two hours and six minutes, respectively, after the crash had occurred. Quite amazing considering the fact that the plane was almost entirely destroyed and passengers were nearly completely obliterated.
There is in existence a voice-morphing technology which enables technicians to duplicate someone’s voice perfectly. All that is needed is a recording of the “donar’s” voice, anywhere from ten seconds to ten minutes, depending upon the specific type of system used (Griffin). One purported caller, Mark Bingham, reportedly called his mother and when she answered her phone, he said, “Mom, this is Mark Bingham”. Like the narrator on the movie asked, when was the last time you called your mother and used your first and last name (Loose)? It doesn’t seem likely that Solicitor General Ted Olsen would lie about his late wife Barbara calling him from her cell phone while at high altitude on Flight 77, yet the FBI says that there were no cell phone calls made from that flight. Since the FBI says that Barbara Olsen also did not make any calls from an airfone, the only real plausible conclusion is that her voice was duplicated and her husband thought he was talking to her (Griffin). Besides that, there are many other less obvious discrepancies.
The Shanksville, Pennsylvania incident, at the exact time of this writing, is still under further research by the writer of this article, due to lack of scientifically based evidence to thoroughly refute government findings concerning certain elements of the alleged crash. However, there is more than enough evidence on the desk to seriously question the publicly published findings and conclusions of the official 9/11 Commission Report, substantiated by the eye-witnesses themselves, including an FBI agent (Kashurba)
The FBI claims that 95% of the wreckage from Flight 93 was recovered, saying that most of the plane had buried itself in the ground. Reporters and other people, including an FBI agent, stated that there was nothing to indicate that a plane had crashed there (Kinicki). The general description by witnesses of the plane’s movements just before it crashed is that it was flying low, fast and upside down. Then it nosed up, as if trying to avoid trees, stalled, and went nearly straight down (Flight). If the aircraft was going nearly full bore, as some witnesses describe, it would have been impossible for it to have suddenly nosed up and then fall more or less straight down, and then hit the ground with such force that it became buried in the ground. Some witnesses said that the plane was in a spiral before it crashed, and several also said that there were two other jets in the area, one of which flew over the crash site as though it’s pilots were looking at the site (Flight)
Photos of the crash site show little more than a crater in the ground, and no damage where wings and engines would have contacted the earth. Some trees were damaged, and ground beyond the crater, but in the photos there was no wreckage anywhere. Some witnesses and emergency helpers reported seeing small pieces of wreckage and a few small pieces from bodies, but overall there was not reported to be much of anything. A series of photos of a jet crashing into a mountainside at full speed some years ago showed wreckage and bodies everywhere. The fuselage was still identifiable as an airplane, as were various other aircraft parts. Bodies were charred, but many were mostly in one piece and recognizable as bodies, though burnt beyond recognition (Loose). It is true that in a high speed, high impact plane crash that bodies are usually severely mutilated and disfigured, understandably, but it is questionable that the bodies would have been almost entirely destroyed, yet personal effects such as billfolds and personal identification remain intact.
There are many other things that are anywhere from fairly to extremely questionable, but two notable things are probably the most relevant: the BBC claims to have found at least nine of the alleged hijackers alive and, shortly after the attacks occurred, about one week, Osama bin Laden sent a message to the United Arab Emirates, saying that he had nothing to do with the attacks, because he had been living in Afghanistan at the time and it’s leaders’ rules forbid that kind of operations, and most all of the extremist groups from overseas “distanced themselves from” the responsibility for the attacks. His statement is as follows: “I would like to assure the world that I did not plan the recent attacks, which seems to have been planned by people for personal reasons. I have been living in the Islamic emirate of Afghanistan and following it’s leaders’ rules. The current leader does not allow me to exercise such operations” (Bin). Terrorist/extremist groups usually argue with one another over who gets to claim responsibility for a terrorist attack. It is probably a first in history that no group claimed responsibility. None should have cared if the U.S. Government tracked them down and killed them, because according to the government, terrorists crave to die as martyrs.
FBI Director Robert Mueller acknowledged that the identity of at least several of the alleged hijackers stand in doubt (Hijack). Eight or more of them have also called the United States, complaining about being falsely accused. Most or all of the 19 reported hijackers were in the United States, some attending college, others attending flight school, but some left after being harassed and intimidated prior to 9/11, two of them having reported their passports stolen (source).
The man named Waleed Al Shehri says that he left the U.S. over a year before the 9/11 attacks. According to verified reports, he was a pilot with Saudi Arabian airlines and was furthering his flight instruction in Morocco at the time this report came out, some time after the attacks. Abdulaziz Al Omari lost his passport while studying in Denver and is a pilot also for Saudi Arabian airlines, having been interviewed by the Asharq Al Aswat newspaper, based in London. Khalid Al Midhar is also thought to possibly still be alive (Hijack). Prince Saud Al-
Faisal, Saudi Arabia’s Foreign Minister, met with George W. Bush on September 20th, 2001 and told the Arabic Press that Saeed Alghamdi, Mohand Alshehri, Abdul aziz Alomari, and Salem Alhazmi were not dead and had nothing to do with the attacks (Embracing). Other purported hijackers said to be alive are Ahmed al-Nami, Khalid al-Mihdhar, Wail al-Shehri, and Waleed al-Shehri (Hijackers).
The FBI had claimed to have positively identified all 19 hijackers (Herrmann), that report being published on 14 September 2001 (Nineteen), yet on 21 September 2001 the BBC reported that the FBI believed that some of the hijackers used false identities, “possibly even names of people who are still alive” (FBI). The FBI being wrong about the alleged hijackers is not likely an indication of a cover-up by the FBI in that arena, but instead, in all probability, an attempt to come up with an explanation within a short time frame due to pressure from the rest of the government, especially the White House, to produce findings. One article claims that a terrorist flight school in Florida is linked to the CIA (Fojut).
Released audio and video tapes containing the confessions of Osama bin Laden would seem to eliminate the question of who was responsible for the attacks in New York City on September the 11th, 2001 (Purported), but a video confession tape in which bin Laden makes the confession is later found to be a complete fake. Three most notable discrepancies are that the man in the video is much heavier than any known pictures of Osama bin Laden; the man is writing with his right hand, but bin Laden is known to be left-handed, noted on FBI Most Wanted posters, and; the man in the video is wearing a gold band on one of his fingers, which is strictly forbidden by Islamic law. The FBI has not listed bin Laden as being wanted for the crimes on 9/11, and an FBI spokesman stated that the reason is “because the FBI has no hard evidence connecting bin Laden to 911”.
There are also many other reasons to substantiate that the tapes are fake. If the government were to push the validity of the tapes, then George W. Bush and Tony Blair could possibly be tried for crimes against humanity, a statement timing issue being able to implicate them in wrongdoing (Bin). The CIA also later admitted that the confession tapes are a forgery (Watson).
Concerning the attacks on September 11th, 2001, in New York City, during which more than 3,000 people lost their lives and billions of dollars worth of damage was done, American citizens have been stripped of more and more of the naturally inherent, God given, Constitutionally protected, earned by sweat, sealed with blood rights. There are both good and bad arguments on both sides of the issue. Overall, it is safe to say that the officially released conclusions are in error, and the entire investigation needs to be re-opened.
